Called Right Solution to get a pressure reducing valve replaced since the city likes to keep the pressure higher than an airplane, and they were able to have someone come out same day to give us a quote. Senior technician, OMG I can't remember his name, Right Solution reply with his name please he deserves the credit. Alas, when the senior technician came he was very professional, calming about the situation and very reassuring of the solution that we needed. The price was manageable for what needed to happen. I will say having a professional that can knock something out like it's the easiest thing ever made me feel like I should haven't able to do it, but I chucked out when it came to doing it myself! Called this company because my dad had a small leak under his kitchen sink. It looked to me like it had been a slow drip for quite some time because it was getting moldy. I tried to figure out where it was coming from. So I checked around and tightened the pipes a little. One was a little loose but not much. I put down paper to try and pinpoint where the drip was coming from. We watched it for three days and nothing. We could not see any drips but my dad insisted we get a free estimate just to make sure. So I called two places that advertised "free estimates" Right Solutions was the first company to come out. The technician was nice. I told him what I thought was going on as well as what all I did. Even the fact I think I fixed it because it was still dry. That other ones on top so anyways, so then I said oh He could not figure out what might have caused it and even joked that I might have fixed it ;) Well, when he left he convinced my father to pay $120 that could be used for work to be done if we needed it. I was not happy about that. Especially when the next day we have Chris Taylor's Plumming come to give us a "Free Estimate" The technician was very nice. The visit was pretty much the same except they did not charge us for doing or finding 'nothing'! So then I was more angry to have had Right Solutions charge my elderly father $120!! So I stopped payment for my dad on that check. Three days later the same technician came (while I was out) to tell my dad he needed to now pay for the returned check plus $120 for the "Free Estimate"!!! My father was gullible and nice, so he gave him his credit card. I couldn't let this go. So before I disputed the charge I called the owner to ask her about why we got charged for a "Free Estimate"? Wait for this response. You will not believe this......... The owner of the company is who I booked the appointment with and before I hung up I made sure to ask if the estimate was free, she said yes. So when I asked her why we were charged, her response was in a very rude loud angry voice that, he was there for an hour and pipes were loose. She also said the technician had a video of water leaking and him having tightened them. When I tried to argue that she cut me off telling to stop yelling. WELL OF COURSE I WAS YELLING,,,,,,,,, THIS WAS A LIE!!!!!! I then asked her to send me the video but she said "NO! You come to so and so address and look at the video yourself!!! Never in my long life have I ever dealt with a company who would blatantly lie like that. Needless to say this company doesn't even deserve one star for their actions. Paid RSP $150 to clear my clogged toilet pipe. They ran a powered snake to no avail. It was still not "open" when they quit. The plumber said that they needed to dig up my front yard to clear it. He said it would cost me $5,000.00to do the job. I asked for a written quote. I never got it. I POINTED OUT ON THE CONTRACT THAT IT SAID: "THEY WILL CLEAR YOUR PIPE OR THERE WILL BE NO SERVICE CHARGE". He dismissed that and saying it was an error in the contract printing. read more

Austin came out to address whistling noise from my pipes after running water. This whistling noise had been going on for a few weeks; became intermittent after a point. Austin checked my house water pressure (normal), then checked running water throughout house. Determined issue was within my toilets (noise loudest in front bathroom). I called several plumbers for quotes to replace a pre fab tub/shower as well as toilets replacement. They arrived on time to give us a quote. They work with a contractor (Phelps Construction) to do the pre fab tub replacements. I had the plumbing for the shower redone and raised the shower head to 84". The work done was clean and more stable than what was in place prior. After the tub was replaced, they came back to install the hardware for the shower. We ended up doing doing a whole bathroom remodel. When we removed the vanity and sink, the hoses for the sink were frozen and the valves needed to be replaced. While James worked on the shower, another employee (John) worked on the sink valves as well as the toilet valve. If your home is 20 years old, it needs to be done. We had our toilets replaced as we had flooring installed. I was able to make arrangements so I was not without a toilet for long. We decided to upgrade our toilets to assist flush. Honestly that was a great choice. If you need to replace toilets, spend the extra money and have a plumber supplied toilet. James also tested our pressure regulator. He advised to have it replaced which we will be doing next. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Prompt and courteous service is appreciated. I never felt like I was being "sold" anything. The prices are reasonable for the quality of work we received. read more

Leaking shower cartridge inside the wall called for service eta 1:00/4:00 pm. The young man came in and I showed him the problem. He investigated the situation and gave me two options to fix the problem. He was very deliberate and spoke with clarity and was very informative he proceeded to fix the interconnect for the water pipes and the cartridge. He worked with skill and precision and fixed it in no time. He was polite, worked clean he was very amenable. If I owned a business I would want him as an employee. After being without hot water for over a week(fighting with the warranty company delays) they came in explained everything thoroughly and even had to leave and go get a part because the warranty company for my hot water heater sent the wrong part. I live in Sun Lakes HOA and they advertise in the HOA Lifestyle Magazine. Since they are licensed, have Bonding, and Workers Comp I decided to give them a try. Like other Yelp reviews I called Jerica and got next day service for a non-emergency shower cartridge. She said I might be bumped if an emergency call came in and that sounded reasonable. Jeremy showed up on time, after Jerica gave me a curtesy notification call. Nice! Jeremy quoted a flat fee on the high side, as I expected from a full page add in a magazine, as I expected he would. He performed the repair quickly, competently, with appropriate cleanup. All and with a great attitude. Nice! As I was getting up and flushing my toilet...so saw my wedding fall into the toilet as it was flushing...in slow motion! After I got done with the initial shock, I immediately turned off the water to the toilet and forbid my children to flush any of the toilets! In my desperation in waiting and not being able to flush the toilets or use any water...I called her 3 times! ...but Amanda answered every time and patiently reassured me that they were coming! I came outside and saw in their camera a bright shining ring in the midst of all that murky water! I was jumping for joy! Called them to come out for an inspection in the evening. I got off work early so I can come home on time for them. Waited and waited, but no one showed up. Emailed them after 8 pm and they responded the next day and claimed they called and left me a message a couple of times, which was not true. I did not recieve any calls nor messages.
