We had a whole house drain blockage and called several plumbers for help. The first three had us leave a message with hope of a speedy call back. The 4th place we called was Right Solution Plumbing. They answered the phone and we were told a technician would be out within an hour. 30 minutes later Octavio knocked on our door. He was able to identify AND fix the blockage in just a few minutes. Octavio was super professional and friendly. The price was more than fair. We highly recommend Right Solution Plumbing!!! read more

I am so thankful we found this plumbing service! They're reliable and communicative. We've used their services a couple times. One time a while back when we had a plumbing emergency and another two times recently because we're selling our house and had to do some repairs before listing. They did our consult within a day of us calling them and did the work soon after that. We're so thankful we didn't have to wait at all really. They call when they're on the way which is something we appreciate cause we have a sleeping baby in the house! They made suggestions to us to help us save money! When they did work for us....they communicated exactly what they were going to do, or which room they were going to be in. They're so trustworthy. We will continue using their services!!!! read more

One person came out and reviewed the 4 tasks I wanted done: replacement shower faucet in the front bath and another shower faucet replacement in the back bath plus two other smaller repair jobs. The price for the front shower faucet was $695 and the same for the rear shower faucet. One repair job was $295. At those, overly high prices, I asked for only the front shower faucet and one repair job, that totalling for about $1000. A separate person came to do the job (he was unvaccinated and needed the mask I gave him - my wife and I are immune system compromised). He said he thought HE was to quote prices. I corrected him and reviewed the two tasks. He had to leave to buy a part which I OK'd. Somewhat later, he called and said the first person had quoted $695 for the rear "fiberglass" shower but for the front tiled shower, he'd have to raise the price another $300. (Both showers are tiled; I have no fiberglass shower.) But wait, he originally said that he was here to quote prices and yet he knew the 1st person's quote. As I am absolutely certain the first person quoted $695 for the front shower, I realized that the second person, John, just wanted more money. So I fired the company both for their poor communications between so-called professionals, their original over-charging, and the game-playing to try to add yet more costs for no possible reason. A separate person came to do the job (he was unvaccinated and needed the mask I gave him - we're both immune system compromised). read more

I called with a big problem and Neil came to offer a quick fix for a good price. Thank You.

I had their plumber out to fix my bathtub faucet leak. The worker was very nice but the leak continued after he left. I called them back and they returned but the faucet was not working properly after the second time. It didn't move easily and the cold water side continued to leak. When I called a second time I was told by James that they couldn't just keep coming out there and maybe I needed to buy a new faucet. I asked him what the $235.00 was for then as they never fixed the problem they were called on to repair! I would not use this company as they don't guarantee their work. read more

We've had a shower leak for months. We scheduled an appointment and Rick & Zach showed up right at the beginning time they were supposed to be there after a courtesy call from the office saying they were on their way. We described the problem and told them what we had tried already which hadn't worked. They told us what the problem was and after a quick trip out for parts came back and got to work. They finished the job in a timely manner and we now have a non-dripping showerhead again. They were both friendly and answered all the questions we had. We were very satisfied with their service and would use them again in the future. read more

I recently had the nightmare experience of finding a slab leak in my house. I contacted a plumber who was recommended by my insurance company. He came out and was not able to weld the pipe. He tried to scare me into a repiping of my entire house... I told him I would need to get other quotes. I went on Angie's list and read reviews of local plumbers and chose "Right Soltions." Octavia Garcia arrived a couple of hours later and was indeed the "Right Solution" for this leak. He was able to fix it in less then an hour. He cut out the bad area, inspected and educated me on the piping and the options. Octavio was very thorough in testing his weld and crimping and cleaned everything up as well. The price was reasonable and I am very satisfied and now have peace of mind. Thank you for a job well done. 5 star read more

We cannot say enough positive things regarding this company. My husband and I were out of state and our 83yo mother was left at home while we celebrated our anniversary. She woke up to backed up sewage line that was coming up from shower and flooded the bathroom. We tried to contact our home warranty company but no one would return our calls. We found Right Solution Plumbing. They answered our call almost immediately. They had someone at our house in a very short amount of time. They had a 3 day job to fix our problems. They were kind, patient, prompt, professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. Frank, James and Rod were our hero's and allowed us peace of mind to finish our trip while they fixed our emergency issues. We highly recommend and if ever needed in the future we know who to call. Big thank you to Frank, James and Rod! read more

TERRIBLE, installed Pressure Regulator and wanted $1,200 for service. When I refused, they ripped out all work without notice leaving me with NO water. They overprice parts 500% and labor must be $300 per hour. Stay away from this company. read more

Owner James called me directly after I placed a quote request thru Yelp. During the conversation he asks lots of great questions to REALLY find out what my plumbing needs were as we set up the appointment. He spent about 20min going over my issues only to come to the conclusion it was simple fixes we could handle ourselves. Literally he said "I don't want to waste your money" but not in an arrogant or unconcerned way. He said if we run across issues to call him direct and he'd help us thru! Who does that!? He was so kind and patient, not seemly rushed to make a buck off us. If we need plumbing services again, James and his crew are on the top of our list no doubt. I'm just so impressed with the owners customer service and willingness to LISTEN to customers. Gem. read more

Super quick response. Water heater replaced quickly with precision. Thanks Rick and Neil!

I had a bad experience another plumber who did not stand behind his work. Based on the reviews I called right solution. I was amazed at how quickly they responded to my problem. While it was not cheap they fixed the problem and did an excellent job of minimizing the repairs impact. They were careful in restoring the grass and did a great job cleaning up. I was happily satisfied. A problem arose a week later and again they were very prompt in responding. The problem has now been resolved and the professional manner it was dealt with left me satisfied. I highly recommend this company. A shout out to both Neil and Anthony - true professionals. read more
