I selected Right Solutions Plumbing from the phone book because I wanted to install a hot water re-circulation pump atop my hot water tank of 20 years and noticed that RSP featured Bradford-White water heaters. I figured they would know whether this robust recirc. pump that bolts to the top of the hot water tank would eventually damage the Bradford-White tank or it was OK. I had a same day response call that the plumber was available that day at noon. I liked that. Gabriel arrived and quoted me the cost of installing the pump atop the tank and replacing the copper flex pipe and valve, I considered my options. Here I had a 22 year old water heater and a plumber that could install a new, same brand and size heater unit same day. If I bought a new heater unit, coupled with my new recirculation pump, and the custom installation, plus a catch pan that I didn't have with my old unit, I could be good for another 20 years, but better yet the new heater would be a selling point if I sold the home in the next few years. From my Air Force years I recalled "Proactive maintenance keeps them flying". I also happened to have some cash in my pocket from my mandatory IRA withdrawal. A happy coincidence. I signed up for a new Bradford White water heater, same size as the original that had faithfully served for over 20 years. By 5:30 pm it was installed. The installation was a thing of beauty. As an aerospace engineer in another life, I recognize excellent workmanship when I see it. The copper piping installation, new shutoff valve and my recirculation pump installation was professional quality. It just looked good. Gabriel helped me out with a problem of my own causing. While Gabriel was installing the new heater and recirc. pump, I went into the front bedroom, furthest away from the heater, and installed the "turnaround manifold". I had four new hoses from Best Hardware but one was too short to loop-around from the shutoff valve to the manifold. Gabriel swapped my new hose for another longer one from his truck stock that worked. When we turned on the water, I had a leak from one of the hose connections at the hot water valve. I had cross-threaded the brass water valve and repeated attempts to install it correctly all failed. The steel hoze fitting was fine but the valve needed replacement. Gabriel brought another valve unit from his truck stock and installed it in five minutes using "a special wrench" for just this purpose. He charged me for the valve, about 10% more than the price at the hardware store, but no labor. His kindness enabled us to finish the job and test the connections without me having to go to the store the next day to get a new shutoff valve. This is a long review, but I was very impressed with both Gabriel's workmanship and his pro-active problem-solving that saved me time and aggravation. This is the kind of company and personnel a person likes to find. I will be using RSP for all my plumbing mis-adventures in the future. I don't expect how professional this 2 young technicians (John and Kileb). Upon arrival, they introduce themselves, and go on step by step on what they will do to my water heater. Just that time, I told to myself that these 2 technicians can be trusted, and of course the company will be credited because of their training... They started the job, and left them in the garage doing what needs to be done. John will ring my doorbell and tells me what they will do next, or what I need to do next (water will be turnEd off for 20 minutes etc...) These 2 gentleman got me more relaxed during this time... which I am thinking the cost of the heater, etc. During the duration of their work, I don't have any problems with them, they did it right, and I was updated at least every 20 minutes of their work progress. A while back I had some new flooring installed in my upstairs bathroom and after the flooring guys left there was a leak at the base of my toilet. I was freaking out. It didn't start right away so I was envisioning water penetrating the new flooring, the subfloor, my drywall and I imagined the worst. I called Right Solution Plumbing out convinced that they had cracked my toilet while reinstalling it and would have to buy a new one. James came out and took apart the toilet and found that they had bent a washer while removing or reinstalling it and that was where the leak was coming from. He replaced the washer, checked to make sure that there was no major leaking that would lead to structural damage or mold, reinstalled the toilet and caulked it. I arrived home last week to find that my toilets and bathtub and shower had backed up. It was a disgusting mess. I called Right Solution Plumbing, and Octavio arrived within five minutes. He was literally finishing up a job on my street! He was wearing a mask, and he was very friendly and professional. He found the clog quickly, but he didn't leave until he was sure everything was running smoothly. We called Right Solution yesterday when our toilet bowl wouldn't fill up after flushing. We had tried to fix this ourselves, but the tank mechanism was unfamiliar to us. Our appointment was scheduled for the same afternoon, and the technician arrived within the given timeframe. He only took a minute or so to find the problem (a misplaced tube) and fix it, and he charged us nothing. We were very impressed, as he could have made this repair sound very complicated and could have charged us accordingly. Mark and Steven arrived early today to find the leak that sprung up beneath my condo and repair it. Done and done. Our toilet was leaking from the base on a Sunday afternoon (of course), we had just moved out towards the Beaumont area and didn't know of a plumber out in this area. I decided to call Right Solution Plumbing and got an answer right away, dispatcher was helpful and understanding and was able to send someone right out. It was such a relief to get the drain fixed at my house. James and Amanda arrived just at the time they said they would, and James came the next day to fix the drain. It was really a complicated problem. The concrete had to be cut and removed to get to the problem. Then some more cuts had to be made, but finally they found the source of the leak.
