Miguel at High Desert Septic saved the day! It was just before Thanksgiving, most of the companies I called went straight to voicemail, noting they would not return until after the holiday. For a few others, I completed online request forms explaining exactly what I needed. As a real estate broker working under a strict deadline, I needed timely responses--especially since this property had two septic tanks that required certification. When an inspection was finally scheduled, one tank passed, and the other needed to be replaced. Although the field technician was fine, the office staff at that particular company seemed distracted and short--they weren't rude, but they clearly didn't have the time or patience to help me get the information I needed. As someone representing my client, I need a contractor who is responsive, professional, and efficient, and I realized I couldn't move forward with a team that made communication difficult. Fortunately, I then reached High Desert Septic. Miguel answered my call and from the very first conversation, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I spoke with him on a Friday--by Monday, he had the permits, and by Tuesday, all the work was completed. He kept me informed and even sent photos without me having to ask. It was an absolutely refreshing experience. Miguel truly stands out in his industry. His professionalism, efficiency, and pride in his work deserve ten stars. I highly recommend High Desert Septic. Thank you, Miguel Trinidad. read more

Miguel answered my call, after explaining the issue I had with last septic company coming out and letting me know they'd have to take out all pavers, etc. I told Miguel no need, the tank is under grass and dirt. He made it clear he wouldn't touch pavers. He scheduled me in same week, had the septic pumped and certified without touching a single paver. Miguel is knowledgeable, knows what he is DOING- extremely professional, and affordable. Highly recommend Miguel for Septic pumps and certifications. Thank you again for your diligence. He saved me from an expensive experience, that would have ended in a nightmare. Trust someone who knows what they're doing, not someone who will damage your property, make a mess, and make it more expensive to repair at the end. read more

I spoke to Miguel a few times and we texted and I sent photos. A process of about 3 weeks of us making appointments and him not keeping the appointments. I would drive to the rental house to meet and he would not show up and not answer the phone and then a few days later we would talk again and he would apologize and make another appointment. After about 3 weeks and 5 appointments he stopped answering or calling me back. It was depressing and my tenant is really not happy because they had to live in the house all this time without the problem being fixed. Needless to say, after he quit talking to me I quickly called a different plumber and the job was completed relatively fast. If he would have just said sorry I am too busy, sorry I cant help you, you should look elsewhere I would have understood, but this is what happened and it was depressing. read more
