It's such a blessing to eventually find them. It had taken me one month to get quotes from plumbers and figure out the root problems since our toilets backed up. When I was sure that we had to first replace the whole septic system, I got quotes from many companies and building 5 offered the most competitive price. I was told by some company that cheap means less quality. Okay, please use your own judgement. I can only say they are not greedy company, or maybe they use fewer workers with less time but very efficient work. Maybe no long warranty is also a factor. So it depends on what you want. And during the work, they were very transparent with each process and helped me take pictures of every step they did. Josh and Alan were very patient in answering all my questions. They even change the main sewer line connected to the tank which is not in the scope of work. And the toilet already started to flow. Josh is super honest with the price, he took down the part that they didn't do at the end. They not only saved our pocket but also the time. They did a wonderful job within a day with cheapest price which some company has to finish in a week but charge triple. They truly care not just for the money. Thank you for everything. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Danny was extremely informative and helpful, explaining the process and literally how the tank set and and worked. The crew was on time and finished within 2 hours. Husband said they were very nice guys when speaking with them. I had one complaint only. The gate to my back yard, where the clean out was located, was left wide open. This was an issue for security and I have two small dogs. This review is for services performed in Oct 2018. I had an existing septic system that had ultimately had complications beyond repair and I needed to install a new system. I had several assessments and quotes from various companies but went with Building 5 Septic. This was because of Danny who took the time to explain and comprehensively detail all the issues. Everything was transparent from the cost, to the expectations of the install, time frame and impact on existing landscaping (we worked in concert with our landscaper to pre-plan and repair after the install) in addition to concrete repair (we subcontracted this from a recommendation from Danny and it went very well). I was impressed by Danny's professionalism and taking the time to help me understand all I needed to know about septic tanks (my knowledge was zero to start). His manner was kind, respectful, extremely informative and face value with no pressure. The install was on time, as described and everything worked perfect afterwords. Danny followed up on everything. I never felt alone during the process. Our existing but failed system they were able to maintain though a underground control switch, so when it "dries out" after years, we can still use it as a back up system if needed. The alternative was to fill it in but that would be permanent. About a year later we had some settling at the edge of the driveway concrete. I checked with Danny and he had a crew out to fill it in and take care of it. No questions asked and no charge. I've very pleased with the service and it has been several years and we have had no problems other than the settling which is common and easily addressed. This kind of job is a serious undertaking and I had little time as a busy professional myself to deal with it. Danny and the crew did an excellent job and it was exactly what I needed and hoped for in this kind of project. We needed to certify, pump and also move our seepage pit which requires permits, drilling and making sure everything works from the solids tank to the new seepage pit. Danny and Marco are very professional. They always answer your call and respond promptly. I think I called them at least 10 times during the process and they were responsive and put me at ease. This is an excellent company if you're looking to service and or pump your septic tank. Danny handles all the logistics and manages. His brother is often times out in the field along with a group of guys who truly understand septic tanks. I called them several times not only to pump the tank which they did in a timely manner, extremely professional and prices reasonable. I felt comfortable working with them so when I thought I was having issues with the tank they came out and did an in-depth inspection to make sure the pumps were working properly. They did they work, sent out about 4 people with machinery and trucks because they did not know what they would encounter. It turned out that its was something minor (tank god). But they didn't take advantage of the situation and change me an answer and a leg for coming out and do the inspection. I am sure other companies would have done that.
