I was a little worried considering the negative reviews but they were the best priced company I could find to empty a septic tank. I called and got pricing. Later called back and made an appointment...they were able to schedule quickly and the truck did show up right on time and charged me the price I was quoted. I'm very happy!! read more

Had my septic pumped two months back. The driver didn't know about the filter that needed cleaning. Water couldn't flow to the leechbed and so the tank backed up. Had to pay another guy 250 who cleaned the filter and the tank drained. read more

Let me start by saying this I wish I could give negative Stars. This company also works under another name called Independent pumping co. they are fraudulent!!! When you are a contractor you are supposed to have your license number posted on every piece of advertisement, they don't have their license number anywhere. This company was hired to do septic certification for my home they did not properly certify & I'm now having major problems with my septic. If it would have been certified at the time I purchase the home these problems would not be happening now. I addressed this issue with the owner and he claims that yes they did not complete the entire certification yet the paperwork says they did. The license number does appear on the receipt & when I look it up it's a FALSE license number! It belongs to a different person and it was valid only from 1950 to 1983 and it was for painting and decorating nothing to do with plumbing!! DO NOT use this company or its affiliate company you will be SCAMMED THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT CO. I have also reported this to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Neighborhood Pumping provided me with excellent service. The owner showed up on time. He had the equipment to locate the two lids about 3 feet below the surface. In the past I used two different septic tank pumpers who only opened up one lid. But Neighborhood Pumping took the trouble to open both lids, which then exposed the fact that there was no Tee on the outlet side of the septic tank. So they installed one. While digging, he took great care to avoid damaging any irrigation pipes or electrical conduits that were located above the lids. He also explained how the septic tank works and how to avoid problems in the future. The price was very reasonable. This is a very professional and ethical company. I strongly recommend them. read more
