Nick was great. I had already had 2 other companies give me higher prices for leech line repair, and they also gave me the run around. I contacted Nick for an estimate and he worked me in within a couple of hours because I had the leakage running into my livestock pens. He planned to come out after the next day, Friday. He came out Friday but it had rained Thursday night, and it was too muddy. I had to wait until the following Monday, but the whole time he kept texting me with updates. Do not use this company if you need anything done in a timely manner. Took them 5 days to give me an estimate for a septic repair after multiple ignored emails by them. It has now been over a week and they won't send an inspection report after 4 more ignored emails. Terrible customer service and overly expensive. read more

Nick and Carl worked together to completely remove our old existing septic system, perform perc tests, relocate and install new leach lines, risers, a new tank etc. They are experts in county requirements for certifications and we couldn't be happier with their team. read more

We hired CJ DeBoer to conduct a septic inspection along with a plot map and certification. We are confused why this company is on the approved Riverside County list and they do not have the basic knowledge of how many feet leach lines need to be from the water well and didn't know that leach lines could not be under concrete to pass certification for Riverside county. This is basic knowledge the company should know when working with the public. We had to do the legwork and call the county to find out how many feet from leach lines to well. Have they ever done these certifications and plot maps for Riverside county before? This should be knowledge they should clearly know. We paid $800 for a certificate and plot map that would never be approved. Even the rep at the county told me I paid for a botched certificate. The inspector while conducting the septic inspection, didn't even have a measuring tape, we were asked to do the measurements. We are just bewildered why we paid $800 for something that would have never been cleared by the county. read more

I am so glad I contacted Nick from CJdeBoer Engineering and Septic. Nick's customer service was excellent and I appreciate his honesty so much! I had my septic system pumped by a local guy in my area recently and he said I needed to replace or rebuild my system even though he didn't test it. Being a single women without much knowledge in septic systems I had a feeling the local septic guy was not being honest so I contacted Nick who came highly recommended.
