Our first time purchasing a house and this house has a septic system. Requested a septic inspection and they fit us in as soon as possible. Whole thing was smooth and painless from communication to filling out the paperwork via email. Smooth and easy. Our house actually had a specialty unit and grinder system. They knew exactly what it was and explained it all to us. Greg and son and team are fantastic. Would definitely recommend read more

I called and texted Greg with Gardner Septic on a late Saturday afternoon, and within 5 minutes I had the information I requested via text. Super prompt and looking forward to using their services in the future read more

We had the great fortune to find Gardner Septic Service to inspect, and ultimately replace, our current septic tank. Our tank was at least 36 years old, but Greg, Alex, and team were able to install a new, 1,000 gallon tank in one day! And... this was only about a week after learning that our old tank was shot and required replacement. Thank you, Gardner Septic Service, for the most professional, efficient, and very reasonable cost for replacing our old septic tank for a brand new one. We appreciate your prompt attention to this, and as senior citizens, you made it as easy as you could, considering the task. read more

Started to hear that all famous bubbling in the master bathroom and realized it was time to get my service done. Thank God it didn't back up into the house. It was close. Texted Greg at Gardner Septic and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Alex was on time as scheduled and very helpful and knowledgeable about the septic systems. I will need a new leach line field installed eventually. And plan on using them at that time. Thank you, Greg and Alex, for the response and quick pump. It is much appreciated. I will recommend your services to all my family and friends, and neighbors. read more

Professional licensed company, expert knowledge and quality service! My septic tank was built in 1947, no access to the lid. Gardner came out dug to my lid, opened, cleaned it along with snaking the main line all within 2 hours. Arrived at the said time, very courteous, explained every step in detail. Gave me an honest price. Prior to finding Gardner, had two other septic companies come give bid, learned they were NOT licensed, neither one was able to diagnosis the problem with any confidence and their pricing was approximately $200 more than what I paid Gardner. Plus they attempted to sell me a new tank, which I did not need. I highly recommend Gardner for septic work, you will NOT be disappointed. read more

What a great experience using Gardner Septic Service. Greg was easy to deal with and his driver (Alex) was super courteous while on site. Greg was able to schedule the pump the same day I called (Monday) which was huge, since we were basically out of service for the entire weekend as we discovered our septic tank was full on Saturday morning. The price was competitive but you must factor in what you get for what you pay. That being said, I will use Gardner Septic Service when it's time to pump again. If you need this type of service, you can't go wrong using this company. Thanks, Greg & Alex! read more

Great company service, a pleasant man on a chore nobody wants to do. I've used him for over 6 years now. Comes when scheduled and makes sure we're all cleaned up when done. read more

Don't drink from your garden hose afterwards...after cleaning feces and urine from my septic tank, Gardner's 2 man crew shoved my garden hose 3 to 5 feet up their vacuum tube in order to clean out their 6 inch diameter hose. We expected the truck to arrive late morning and they finally showed up at about 2 PM. No phone calls. I would be happy to hire them again. Good price, they are local, and are good people. Don't drink from your garden hose afterwards. read more

Our septic started back flowing on Sunday night and Gardner Septic showed up at 7:30 Monday morning... great, timely service! We have a super steep driveway and they never have any problems getting in or out... I'm seriously impressed that they can so easily back up my driveway. Now we're all ready for Thanksgiving with a nice empty tank. Thank you Gardner Septic! read more

I've used Gardner Septic multiple times over the years and they've always been extremely professional, punctual, and reasonable with pricing. I called some other places to get quotes and some places wanted to charge extra per foot of hose needed to reach my septic tank to pump. Gardner Septic doesn't do any of this nonsense. I highly recommend them. read more

Needed septic service. I called and no return call. Then I emailed with No returned email. I then texted and I got a response to text for service. So I sent another text and still no returned message or call. Guess they don't need the business. read more

I called Gardner Septic Service and they gave me a fair quote over the phone. They scheduled a service date and two days later my septic tank was working perfectly! They installed raisers and pumped it clean! It's a dirty job but somebody's gotta do it and Gardner Septic is my recommendation. Thank you for a job well done guys! Harry W. read more

Greg and his team are a top notch team. Showed up on time. Did great timely job! I would HIGHLY Recommend these guys!

I spoke with owner at Gardner Septic regarding questions on a property I am buying that is on septic. I wanted to confirm the findings of the company the seller had chosen to certify the septic tanks as a condition of the sale. Greg is very knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer all my questions. I would not hesitate to use his company for my future septic needs. I recommend him highly! read more

Greg was very responsive and fair when it came to the pumping and certification process for my home. Would definitely recommend.

We used Gardners to clean out our septic tank and certify it when selling our home. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them. read more

They repaired the line between my house and the septic tank. The crew had to cut my concrete patio to get to the main line. They located the line, which ended up being at least four feet deep. They dug it up and fixed it without complaint. The crew was professional, explained everything in detail and were very knowledgeable. They worked hard to make sure the work was done right. They did the repair and cleaned up the mess from the repair. They also hauled away the cut concrete pieces and the left-over parts from my old line. The crew even worked in the pouring rain to complete the job. I was impressed with their professionalism and their service. I will definitely keep using them in the future. I highly recommend them to others. read more

I called 4 days ago to schedule a job. Agreed Friday noon. They show up Friday at 10am and say since i wasnt home my job got cancelled. Very inconvenient. Person handleing the phones should have better customer retention skills and not get mad when they messed up on scheduling a job. read more

So I have used this company more than one. Top notch. 1. Quick response. 2. Fair pricing 3. Communication is excellent.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg and his team to pump and certify a septic tank during my escrow period. Greg was extremely responsive during the entire process and he and his guys got the job done in a flash. I will definitely use them again when my septic tank is due for pumping in a couple of years. Thank you for being so responsive and professional through this whole process. read more

Greg Gardner is the owner and licensed contractor of this company whom I hired to pump my septic tank. He returned my message on Yelp within a few minutes. He gave me a number to contact him directly for scheduling and fit me in within two days. He texted me the morning of the appointment and called an hour before coming. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would be there. He and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently. He was polite and gave me several good suggestions to improve access to my system. He was not pushy or intent upon a hard sell. Instead, he educated me about my system. When I make the improvements, I will call him. His charges were reasonable and he did not add extra costs to his estimate. I would not hesitate to use his company in the future! read more

I do not suggest wasting (get it?) your time with this company. I called Greg on Wednesday from work describing some septic services I need. He asked to send pictures of the unique system I have however I couldn't do it till Friday because of work. Greg said no problem and that he would take a look and then work out an appointment. Since this is not an emergency I was totally flexible. I sent him the pictures but never received a call back or any response. I followed up again and he said this word for word " will not have time to help thanks anyways". So don't call Greg for work he is too busy, he has no more time in his schedule for new customers looking to hire him for services read more

Had to have our septic pumped and certified. They were very professional, polite and friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend them!! read more

Honest, timely, and professional is how I would describe this company. They quoted me a fair price, showed up on time, and gave good advice. We'll be using this company again next time. I can't believe some of these reviews-- marking a company down because the truck is loud? Give me a break these guys did their job. read more

Awesome service from Greg and Chris! They were fast, honest and great pricing! We will be using their services in the future! Thank you so much! read more

I messaged a few septic companies for my rental property but Greg (owner) was the quickest at responding to my questions. He was able to get out to the home in just a few days for a septic pump. He called me in the morning to let me know when he was on his way and again when the septic was cleaned... He also me sent pictures. I appreciated that he gave me peace of mind when he told me that the system appears to be in good shape. As a rental property, the tenants do not care what they flush down the drains so it was actually a shocker to hear that it looks to be in good shape. His pricing was fair and I plan to use his services every year. read more

As good as it gets. Greg has pumped my cesspools for several years. He is always quick to reply and has always scheduled me within a couple days. Before finding Gardner Septic I used a big name pumping company who charged 5 times what Greg charges. He also explained why the treatment the previous company performed could actually erode my system. I would highly recommend Gardner Septic. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I called Greg who did not answer, but instead messaged me and asked me questions regarding my septic and to send a picture. I did everything he requested said it would be $350 and would be there within the hour. I stayed home and waited. What I did not know was that my home had never been pumped as my understanding was that it was abandoned for almost 3 years before I moved in. Greg sent his son who told me the work would cost more as it was hard to get through to pump I told him sure no problem I would pay the $1k plus price he gave me as I needed this problem fixed. He then decided to change his mind and say I'll come back again as part of the flooring needed to be removed. I told him to wait as my husband was coming. The son proceeded to snap his fingers at me and say "well you need to do this ASAP as I have other jobs to get done." Now I'm not one to be a Karen but I'll de damned if I let a boy into my home to come and disrespect me as if I'm a dog. I told him well if I would have known this needed to be done I would have done it in the hour I was waiting for you to arrive as it won't take long. He then proceeded to call his father and they refused to do the job. I told him no way I did not wait for them to come and not do anything at all. Greg the owner called me to threaten me with "or else" on the phone. When I told him "I know damn well you did not just call my phone to threaten me?" He changed his tone and said he would call the police. I said go ahead as you are on speaker phone and threatening me. His response "It's not a threat it's a promise, or else." I would not have made a big deal about this but you do not ever snap your fingers at anybody especially in their home. Rudest customer service ever. If they don't have time for customers don't over book simple as that. Mind you a bill of over $1000 that I was willing to pay all because the son didn't want to work and thought he could y disrespect me. Glad I dodged a billet with this place. My advise keep reading through the reviews before you decide to hire them. read more

Great service. Greg is the best. Prompt service and repair of septic tanks. His helpers are great and they take are of their customers.

Greg was very responsive to my requests for septic pump and certification. Being out of town and not able to be there at my rental, Greg was able to work around that. History: In 2009 I purchased a home with a septic tank. Not knowing any better I call this company and ask for them to come pump out my septic tank. They respond and pump my tank. Hand me a $225 bill and out the door they go 20 minutes of work. Fast forward 5 years later. Present: My drains were not draining properly. My toilets were not flushing all that great. Funny smell in the house. I figure it's time to have it pumped again. I call a more local company that comes. As I point out the access point I'm informed that is not my septic tank, that is my cesspool, which is empty. Long story short. I dig up my septic tank 30 feet away and open it up to find it is full. A solid tank of crap, 20 years old. A little research and I find my documentation from when Gardener Septic serviced my tank. I learn from the professionals how my tank works, were it's located and what to do if this ever happens again. Basically Gardner Septic screwed me out of $225. They didn't do anything to help me in 2009. In fact they could have cost me thousands of dollars in repairs, because I thought I was doing the right thing. So guess what? Now I'm going to screw you. They are crooks, stay away. No way you could have pumped the main tank via the cesspool. Thieves!!!!!!!!! read more

Spoke with Greg who was able to provide same day service. Greg communicate well with me and was very informative.

I have had Gardner come out twice. They are always friendly and professional, get the job done quickly and get out. The price is right, and the service is excellent. The bad review must be by an idiot or a rival. Septic tanks need to be emptied every one to two years, depending on the size and how many people use the system. Five years of working well sounds like his system worked amazingly well. He should give Gardner 5 stars for that! read more

Awesome service. I called and was able to schedule right away. Greg was super nice and answered all my questions. Highly recommend
