I also had an issue with a shower that no longer put out hot water. They offer a complimentary assessment visit. The plumber, Nolan, came in and quickly had solutions for the problems that multiple people came and couldn't figure out out or were charging us thousands of dollars to repair. Another popular plumbing company mentioned some major repairs that were going to cost me approximately $4k!! After Nolan walked the house, he mentioned simple solutions that would cost just their regular service fee of $165. I asked him what warranty we'd have if he started the work and it didn't resolve the issue. He was so confident that his interventions would fix my problems. He was right!! His knowledge and experience was remarkable. The issue with the water line to the fridge was a simple flip of a switch. The heat in the shower was back with just a flick of a piece in the shower handle. He assessed the water pressure in one of the showers and made a recommendation to change a cartridge at a later time with an approximate cost of $400. I called Eddie for a hydrojetting after someone else had unsuccessfully attempted to snake my main…read moresewer line. Eddie was at my house in a couple hours. With his camera, he revealed a bunch of rocks and dirt in my main sewer line. Eddie and his brothers Pablo and Pedro opened up some concrete in front of my house and pulled all the rocks and dirt out of the line then shot a liner through to create a new pipe. They also installed a new 2 way cleanout in front of my house so I no longer had to use the old cleanout attached to the house. I have a decorative driveway and walkway and the brothers were very creative in minimizing damage to the decorative features. They had to do 2 excavations and kept the demolition to a minimum, even though it made it harder to access the pipe. I ended up paying 9k for them to excavate, remove damaged sections of pipe, remove rocks/dirt in the pipe, install a new cleanout, install 50' of new pipe liner, patch up the concrete, and then hydrojet all the house cleanouts at the end. The brothers were all very courteous and respectful and I'm glad I went with a family run company with little overhead.

Then they said there was tree root discovered in the line. They quoted $13,000 more to resolve it. There were no options provided for hydrojetting and a liner. We do not know anything about plumbing, so we did not question the additional cost. We had to trust the techs providing the service. We requested a refund and the company offered $4,000.00. We feel that given the cost, we are warranted a higher refund. The company refused. Although the owner states that options were given to my mother, they were not. I, (daughter), was there at the time of the tech's explanation of the work and so was my cousin. The tech spoke to my mother in Spanish, my cousin speaks and understands Spanish, and she also stands firm that no options were given to my mother regarding the option of hydrojetting and liner. If there were options my mother would have chosen the lesser cost. We are very upset with the dishonesty of this company. So, make sure you research costs of other plumbing companies before using this one.
