We have lived for 48 years in San Antonio Heights, county area north of Upland city, where many homes have septic tanks, including ours. Every few years weve've had ours pumped, but Quality Pumping Service has done the most efficient and careful job by a long shot. The tank is located up a narrow, long diveway, and Steve managed to maneuver it without causing a scratch to the wood fence. The previous vendor actually managed tomcarelessly crack a corner of the driveway. I highly recommend this company. Price is very reasonable also. read more

We really dont have much knowledge on septic system. We didnt know the house was on septic when we put in offer. Our agent found Quality Pumping Services and had them come out for inspection. Fast forward 2yrs later, remembered to get the tank pumped before issues arise. Called around few places for quotes but decided to go with QPS w/ reasonable quote, timely response, reviews, and prior inspection visit. The employee handling appointments was professional and friendly. She made it really easy to book an appt. Steve came out to service. I asked him many q's since I dont know what to expect - such as condition of the tank, when I should book my next service, what I should be aware of in case there are any future issues, etc. He was professional and friendly and answered everything in easy terms. After he was done with pumping, he covered the area back to pre-service condition and cleaned up nicely. This is the most professional and honest plumbers I have come across. I had problems with my drainage systems and two previous plumbers whom I had relied upon for plumbing services came to fix the problems; both previous plumbers failed miserably. I was referred to Quality Pumping Services And they did a terrific job not only in clearing up my septic tank but also found and repaired the root cause of my drainage problem which had been pestering me for the past two years. And the cost of all the repairs, ie- clearing septic tank, replacing broken drainage pipe, installing a new riser so that access to the drain pipes is easier, snaking the other drain pipes and camera diagnosis of the pipes after repairs amounted to half of the costs I paid the previous plumbers who only did snaking of the drain pipes but only got the the clog unclogged only for a week. But Quality Pumping Services did an excellent job which the two previous plumbers failed to perform. From hereon-in, it will be only Quality Pumping for any of my plumbing repair needs. Very dependable and reliable workers who are likewise knowledgeable of plumbing issues and who have excellent solutions to any plumbing issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

We are in the process of selling our home ,and the agent called quality for. Pumping and certification. The inspector came before the tank truck ,which our agent said was. Strange to be here before the pumping , when he came up to me he asked how long have we been here I told him 30 yrs.. right away he said..We have a problem here.. before it was pumped or even inspected. He said I basically need a new system, I told him we have not had any problems and that I have always asked question when I have the system pump and have been told I take excellent care of the system. it has never over flowed or backed up in to the toilets , I was t old by previous pumpers that the septic tank hold the waste and all the liquid goes into the cesspool and when that is full then it needs to be pumped. How can this guy say that I have a problem before it was pumped out. Only because I said I've been here for 30 yrs.? What a waster of money. Oh and he said a new system was going to,cost between $10 to 25 thousand. ..he saw $$$$$ In my option he had his mind made up thinking we are in a high price neighborhood ... read more

After being told by two companies that I needed a new septic tank, I called Quality Pumping Services and I'm so glad I did! Rudy and Steve came out promptly, looked at my tank and said it only had the normal amount of calcification and just needed to be pumped. What a relief! Both men were knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my many questions and did a great job cleaning out the tank. This is a great company to work with. My septic system was full after hosting for the holidays. I called on the day after Christmas. They quickly took my call, explained that they could not come out until the next morning because the dumps were closed that day. The next morning they were at my house at 8:00 am.
