We called to get an estimate to get our septic tanks pumped. We were not in a hurry but the owner Rene said he would be out in 4 days which was fine with us. He was very straightforward with his estimates and made sure we understood. He ended up having to dig up the lawn in a few places to look for the water line as well as look for the tanks. In the end he emptied the tanks, installed risers (which I highly recommend), covered everything up and left the lawn looking like almost nothing ever happened. Him and his helper did an amazing job. Our septic system needed repairs, so we contacted this company for an estimate. Initially, we were told the repair would cost around $3,000-$4,000. After we decided to move forward with them, the price suddenly increased to $6,500. Although we were unhappy about the increase, we reluctantly accepted the $6,500 quote because we wanted to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible. What happened next was even more concerning. The owner quoted us $6,500, but later one of the employees privately quoted us $8,500 for the same project. At that point, we had no idea what the actual price was supposed to be. The lack of consistency and transparency was alarming and made us question what was really going on. Despite accepting the owner's $6,500 quote and repeatedly asking them to begin the work, they continuously delayed the project with excuse after excuse. Days turned into weeks. We remained patient and cooperative, but our patience was rewarded with poor communication and constant delays. The final straw happened today. We called in the morning and received confirmation that they would arrive at 6:00 PM. We rearranged our schedule and waited. Then we waited some more. After an hour and a half, nobody showed up. No phone call. No text message. No explanation. Our calls were ignored, and our messages went unanswered. This company has now delayed our project for over two weeks and caused significant inconvenience. The issue is not just the pricing--it is the complete lack of professionalism, communication, accountability, and respect for customers' time. If a company cannot honor its commitments, communicate honestly, or even show up after confirming an appointment, it should not be treating customers this way. I needed my septic tank pumped out asap and this company was the first to respond to me and they gave me an estimate that was reasonable so I texted him back to come do the job. He showed up very quickly and got started with a backhoe to dig up the septic tank which was awesome because I was trying to dig it up myself and I am getting old. He also helped explain some of the issues and how I should be getting it pumped out every 5 years (based on occupancy and usage) I am so very grateful for them showing up and getting the job done quickly also read more

Called after getting attitude from other services. I did not know the size of my septic tank, but thought it was 1500 gallons. They came early in the time window, had the necessary equipment. Due to 12" of rain it pulled sand into my infiltrator leach field. Rene was pumping my system every 10 days or so. When he was unable to come himself he had his father Polo come pump my system. Having the property rented they knew the importance of getting it pumped and would show up in hours or at the longest the next morning. Rene suggested we do a pit. I had called 8 companies and only got quotes from 3. Why people would come out and look and never send a quote is beyond me. One company gave me a quote but I had to dispose of the dirt which was 2 to 3 truck loads. What a joke! The quotes were no where close to Rene's. He was by far the cheapest for the same work. The others wanted days to do the job and Rene was able to get it done in one day. He was organized. His wide range of equipment gave him the ability to out perform his competition. He and his crew were very professional, respectful and ran the equipment like true pros. I would highly recommend Rene and his crew to anyone. Great team and very organized.
