Juan was fantastic and ready to assist with the septic tank certification during our home sale. Don't hesitate to call him. Fair prices and excellent service. Thank you, Juan. read more

Quick response (it was even after normal business hours) to initial service request. Arrival time got pushed back a little bit but honestly that's to be expected. Roger was the one who arrived and was considerate and got to work right away. I love to have people provide a service AND be competent. (He even offered to attach his own hose to ours so he didn't get ours dirty.) He cleaned up when he was finished, showed me some pictures he took (after he asked if I wanted to see them), took our payment (fair price!) and gave me an update on how the pump went overall - and gave some feedback as well. He assured me they don't keep any payment information and went on to the rest of his day. I would definitely recommend. read more

Roger was great, he helped accommodate us into his schedule and showed up like he said and did a thorough job. We really appreciate it! Thank you! read more

Sal and Ricardo from Honey Doo Wagon Septic Plumbing came to the house today to not only install a new updated riser on our solid side of the tank but also the liquid side of the tank. We live in Alta Loma and anyone who lives up in this area knows we are sitting on river rock. Typically these tanks are three feet below the surface. Ours was almost five feet down, why I don't know. You never know how big the rocks are below the surface until you start digging, and they can get quite big! It's been a long time since I have witnessed a work crew like these two men. Very hard working, professional, efficient, and very good at making the grounds look as close as they did before the work. I just want to say thank you to both of them for a job well done! You both are a standard by which all others should follow! Roger with the tanker truck showed up just at the right time to pump. And Roger was the only one in the 22 years we have lived in this house to tell us we have a problem with our riser. Roger has integrity that no other person working for a Septic company ever gave us in the past. We found out they took our money and did NOTHING! Why? Because the riser was too small and you cant get the suction hose down to clean out the tank, but Roger did. If anyone is looking for a company to do this kind work, don't look any further, call them first. (951) 235-1605 Many thanks to Roger, Sal and Ricardo!!!!! You guys are the BEST!! read more

Fixed my septic and came in on bid. Job was done in a timely manner. Workers were efficient

I use them to pump all my tanks. They just recently finished a leach field for me. Had some hickups but they took care if it and responded to all my concerns in a timely manor. A little pricy but experience and expertise is with it read more

I started having problems with my septic tank this summer. I called a couple of septic companies and they told me the bad news. I tried some line cleaners and root killing fluids, but they didn't work. I called Honey Doo to try a hydo jet and camera. Luckily, I called them, because they explained everything to me, as well as all my options. BTW, hydo jetting did not work, simply too many roots. My system is 40 years old, so time for new leach lines. Juan of Honey Doo was able to put in new leach lines for me and rehab my concrete tank in one week. Juan has 20 years of septic experience and it really paid off for me. He went above and beyond to install a great system for us. I highly recommend Juan and Honey Doo Septic. read more

They did a great job. Their price for cleaning out our septic tank was very fair. Friendly guy, fast and very efficient

Honestly I knew nothing about septic tanks... with that being said, we purchased a house just over 2 years ago. This house has a septic system, it had been pumped and inspected prior to us purchasing; on the documents it stated it would need to be pumped every 3-5 years. That was not true... apparently this size tank with a family of 4 should be pumped every 2 years. We realized that Sunday morning. One of our bathrooms began to get a foul smell, reminded me of a porta potty. We immediately contacted Juan... he let us know that he couldn't do it Sunday but he would squeeze us in on Monday. He let us know 30 minutes before arriving. He arrived right on time. I did not know where the tank was located... but he found it in less than 10 seconds. He had to dig 2 large areas in order to get to both parts of the tank (both openings). He pumped both sides and put the dirt and rocks back in place. He gave me alot of information. He educated me (on septic tank 101); What it is, how it works and why... he also told me about the maintenance. I will be contacting him every 2 years and you should too! read more

The subject matter (poop) is not something I give much though about, but it happens. Especially if you live in an area with septic tanks. I called Juan after another "reliable" septic cleaning company left me waiting all day. I explained to Juan what happened and that our situation was urgent. Juan arrived within the hour and took care of things. Juan is the owner/operator ofHone Doo Wagon and really takes pride in his work. He was thorough in his work and fair in his pricing, despite our urgent situation. Thank you Juan! No more baby wipes!! read more

I had the best Experience with Honey Doo Wagon. Juan was very knowledgeable, courteous and honest. This is important when hiring a service company in this kind of industry where you could easily be hit up for extra unnecessary work. Juan was very patient and stayed true to his quote. His job was to find and dig open the lids for pumping. My pit had no marker and my plot map from the county was not very accurate . I was so happy Juan did not give up and tried different methods until he found the pit. Then he let me know it wasn't necessary to pump the pit because it was empty. I was happy to pay him for the dig and the septic tank pump. He suggested I purchase root killer for my septic since the camera showed a lot of roots and also recommended Septic Shock. I went to Home Depot bought some and waited for the pump guy to come. The pump guy also was very timely and courteous. He put in the septic products for me after the pumping. He suggested a time table for regular pumping, filled the dirt holes, everything went like clock work. Thank you Honey Doo Wagon Septic Pumping. You are my go to guys! read more

I have been using him for years! I put my family home to a rental? And I call him for everything! My renter called someone on his own I said go for it! He called rotto router! They lied said I needed a new septic tank and leach lines! Had no idea I'm married to a engineer Or a little old country guy! Honey doo was there for my new leach lines! I called him first! He warned me! He said your septic is fine! Your leach lines maybe? That house has lots of trees! Well my husband listened to his advice even tho honey Doo could not make it that fast to pump it! And saved me thousands! Those dam trees a pepper tree had roots in the septic tank! He called it! He knew it was probably the pepper tree and leach lines! And he knew the tank was good! Good old rooter rooter thought I was a chicken poop rich chump! When in reality I am barely making it! Keeping that house as a safe place where if anything goes bad I have a house for myself and animals and kid that I can afford! Thanks Rotter rotter for trying to rip off a person who has lost everything at one point of life! And has worked so freaking hard to cross her T's and fit her eyes ! Well the money I saved from Honey Doo's advice! I had the house repainted A good blessing because the house needed it! And after all my dirty work found out the house is connected to sewage! Something I will do later! read more

I needed my septic tank pumped out PRONTO! It's 2 feet under ground. I called several other companies...was quoted ridiculous prices. No one wanted to come out and dig. One company recommended Honey Doo. I called and Juan was so nice, said he'd dig and came out early the very next day. He and his helper got to work. Very professional and honest, and quoted me a reasonable price. He installed risers so there won't be anymore digging the next time. Juan has been in this business for many years and knows what he's doing. I'm very happy with the service i received and would highly recommend Honey Doo Wagon. read more

*I didn't get the job done with him but still wanted to give him a review for his friendly, courteous service and the fact that he responded to all my crazy calls and texts when I was having an emergency, he also quoted the BEST price. Only reason I didn't hire him was because someone was able to come sooner and I had an emergency. But when you read the reviews about him being honest and fair, they are right. I would totally recommend him. read more

Great Service, great price. Flexible. Never needed this service until I moved here and was glad they were the ones who came out.

The people are good and nice but they did not check the FILTER in my tank so.....my tank was cleaned out 4 months ago by "Honey Do", because it was backing up, we did not understand the reason why, because the system was only about 4 or 5 yrs old... NOW WE KNOW WHY! Our filter was needing cleaned. Honey Do did not clean it so when the tank filled and was tring to go to the leach lines again it started to back up. It cost us $ 1125.oo to find out Their mistake. Had Honey Do did a full cleaning like they should , I would not of had to face this 2 days with out the use of our only restroom and a Bill that has caused me finicial stress. I first called GenNex the Plumbing company to see what had happened to our plumbing and why we were backed up. They said they could not see anything because the lines were full. They told us to first get the system pumped so they could see inside the lines. Thats when I called " WEST END" .They came and they said The reason I was backed up was because the Filter had not been cleaned and it was cloged up which is why it was not letting anything out to the leachlines. They said everytime they do a system pumping they Know to always clean the filter, because that is part of a Septic Pumping. I called Honey Do and told the man who answered the phone what happened and he politely told me "OH ok" and he said nothing else. so as of being Polite they are for sure.......but as doing their Job they only do 1/2 of the Job! I would not use them again!!! Sherry read more

We had the worst smell coming from our upstairs bathroom. It started in September and grew progressively worse over the last few months. And then when the rains began it was unbearable. We couldn't even use the bathroom anymore. I contacted Juan two days ago and he answered all my questions. When I asked him when we could make an appointment to have him pump out our septic tank, his reply was 'I can be there at 8am tomorrow!' Awesome! He showed up 10 minutes early and talked with my husband for a while trying to troubleshoot the issue. Turns out we were due to have the septic tank cleaned out and he found a lot of paint in the tank (we have been remodeling for two years). That was this morning. The smell is completely gone already. Juan was on time, incredibly friendly, and his prices were the best we found. My husband said the last time we had it cleaned out it cost him almost double. We'll be calling Juan back in two years to clean it out again! Highly recommended!!! read more
