December 26, 2025 Once again Atlantis Septic Plumbing came threw. We(I) semi panicked about what company was coming for our septic pumping. Our management company said 'A' company was coming out but never said what company. So, as we were nearing 2 weeks since being told, I began to get anxious. With no disrespect to other companies, we didn't want anyone else to service our septic. Rick & Corey have been taking care of our septic (property) with such perfection in our book. But on Christmas Eve mind you, in the pouring rain here pulls up Rick. Talk about dancing in the rain. We were so happy to see Rick (& sad at the same time because it was Christmas Eve & raining). The best guys for the job! I really can't rate my experience high enough the service was impeccable and the communication was on point. It was our first time having a septic pumped so we knew very little; having someone explain it to you was incredibly helpful, not just for the service but for the future as well. When the dug everything up they would point out areas of concern and honestly went the extra mile for us. When you have a team with this much experience tell you they had concerns about solids making it to the leech and didn't want to leave until they could ask for permission to inspect and pump.
