I can only say they are not greedy company, or maybe they use fewer workers with less time but very efficient work. Maybe no long warranty is also a factor. So it depends on what you want. And during the work, they were very transparent with each process and helped me take pictures of every step they did. Josh and Alan were very patient in answering all my questions. They even change the main sewer line connected to the tank which is not in the scope of work. And the toilet already started to flow. Josh is super honest with the price, he took down the part that they didn't do at the end. They not only saved our pocket but also the time. I was selling my house and had a different company come and inspect my septic system. They said it…read morewasn't draining properly and I would need to replace the leach lines which would cost $7,000 - $17,000 and they would send a contractor out right away. This process needed permits and with permit that means time I didn't have when selling my house. I decided to get a second opinion. That's when I called Certified Septic Service. I didn't tell them I had a previous company come out. Certified Septic came out and found the drainage issue. They brought a camera and locator to stick down into the leach lines and examine what was happening. They found that all that was need was to hydro-jet the system and replace about a 3 foot section of the inlet pipe. This process took about 30 minutes and cost way less than replacing the whole leach fields. They would have had to rip up my whole driveway to replace the leach fields. I'm so glad I called and got a second opinion. I was certified within a week. Thank you for being an honest and reputable company.

He was very straightforward with his estimates and made sure we understood. He ended up having to dig up the lawn in a few places to look for the water line as well as look for the tanks. In the end he emptied the tanks, installed risers (which I highly recommend), covered everything up and left the lawn looking like almost nothing ever happened. Him and his helper did an amazing job. Quality work, hardworking, reasonable prices and all around nice guys. I highly recommend them.

However, I really feel like I was scammed and should have rejected their offer to "fix" the corrosion for $5,300, plus the flat fee of $695 to dig and inspect, plus the fee for the escrow certificate I needed to sell the property and close escrow ($6k plus!!!!). So they pretty much have you by the *alls. I negotiated the work for $4,500 and guess what, they finished in one hour!!!!! I was under the impression is was an all day job, how the heck do you charge $4,500 (after negotiating) for a total of 2 1/2 hours of work? They already knew they "WERE GOING TO HAVE TO FIX" something before they started, because as soon as they dug up the hole the big truck showed up to "pump" empty the tanks so they can make the repairs. Honestly I don't think it needed repairs and I simply got scammed out of $4,500. I long for the day when men were honest and not greedy...to make matters worst I thought I was working with Riverside Septic Pumping, now they have a 5 STAR rating...call them. I'm pretty sure this is elder abuse, especially now that I'm a senior citizen...

We had two Cedar trees removed recently because of the plumbing damage they continued to cause on our property. The part of the sewer that is closest to our home was showing signs of needed repair. Several years ago Easy Rooter took care of the sewer line that was on the front side of our property. It's still working very well after 6 years. This time it wasn't a simple task to just dig up the dirt to access the sewer line. There was cement to remove, very large tree roots to remove, and old sprinkler pipes to remove. They replaced old plumbing that was connected to our laundry room and a bathroom. After scheduling for them to do the work a week in advance, they changed the schedule to accommodate us for the following day. The reason they did this was because our shower backed up that very night. Jonathan was at our home the next morning to discuss what they could do in full detail. I so appreciate that Jonathan took the time to spell out everything. When his employees arrived he introduced the guys who were going to do the work and then took them to where the work was to be done. I was pleasantly surprised that this whole job was done in one day! Jonathan has a kind and gentle demeanor. I can see why his employees bring that same attitude to work.
