He replaced all of our ancient sewer lines and even threw the repair of a toilet and shower into the deal for no additional charge! He also gave us a deal on the installation of a new water main, which wasn't really necessary, but we took advantage of the fact that it was very easy and cost effective to do since the water main was running parallel to the trenches that had already been dug. Bill's work is impeccable and he's honest to a fault too. He followed through on his promise to come back after the job was done in order to patch up the areas in the concrete sidewalk that were slightly damaged by the installation of the new piping. He also came to me and confessed that one of his workers had broken a water valve on the City side of the property, and he kept his promise to reimburse me for the City charge when it showed up on my bill.
