We live in a 113 year old house. We started having issues with our septic system backing up. We had multiple plumbers and even another septic company out to fix the issue. Unfortunately, no was able to fix the issue until Count Wide Septic came out. They not only fixed the issue, they also educated us on what kind of system we had and how it works. Just the knowledge they passed on alone was more than we have received from other companies. We ended up having a dislodged pipe which they showed us on their snake camera. They ran new piping all the way to pit and made sure everything was working good before we left. It's been a week and our system is running great. Came out same day I called. Price quoted was fair. This was the 2nd time the tank was pumped in many years. My neighbors have never pumped their tanks, possibly ever, and I followed along for a few years. Fortunately I I trusted my gut and called County Wide because it turns out the wall separating the solids from liquids in my tank was deteriorated, and the two were close to mixing, which would have destroyed the whole system. Victor and team did an amazing job on setting up a new septic pit. I live in Fontana, and we have a house that is sitting on a cul de sac that is not connected to the city sewer lines, so we have to pump the septic tank every year. Recently the leech field/ septic pit has been clogged and the surrounding dirt in the pit turned black showing the 40 year age of the pit and its eventually failure. Recently, we have had to pump every 5-6 weeks as water was not being absorbed by the pit. The team at Countrywide septic has been our septic pump company for years and after sending in bids for a new pit to various septic companies, Countrywide came back at a fair price in line with others, but because I knew the quality of their work, I decided to choose Countrywide. They dug up the new pit, putting in 6' x 18' pit with new prefabricated massive reinforced concrete walls, and extended the lines to the new pit. Took a full day of digging and install, and given the pit we have was in the front yard, they did a great job managing the small space. Updated Review for County Wide Septic It's been about 3 weeks since my initial post, and I wanted to give County Wide Septic time to resolve the issue before updating. Unfortunately, the situation was never made right. Initially I thought they did a great job but, during the job, one of the main sprinkler lines was damaged, which we understood and didn't fuss over since it was repaired. However, what we didn't know was that nothing was done to prevent dirt from entering the sprinkler lines while digging out the septic tank. As a result, the entire sprinkler system was clogged, and three valves began leaking and needed replacement. Once that was handled, we turned the sprinklers on and discovered three sprinkler heads had been damaged when the workers drove the tractor into the yard, requiring further repairs. Victor, our point of contact, initially agreed to reimburse the $120 it cost to repair the system, and I sent him the gardener's payment information (at his request) along with photos and videos documenting the damage. After that, he stopped replying to my texts, and when I finally reached him by phone, he acted as if he didn't remember me or the situation. Additionally, there were several items Victor promised with the costly C-42 inspection that were never provided, including a map of the existing septic system and a quote for adding an additional septic system for a future ADU. I am left feeling let down and misled. We had hoped to support this business and were patient in giving them time to address the issue, but the lack of follow-through and communication makes it difficult to recommend County Wide Septic to others. read more

Today on 11/11/24 We got the opportunity to meet a crew from County Wide Septic. We needed our septic pumped and certified because we are selling our house. When the crew arrived and hopefully I don't get the names wrong, but Antonio, Robert and TJ were very professional but what my wife and I loved the most is that they were very friendly! They explained everything very well and the ququality of work performed was second to none! They performed their job in a very orderly and clean manor! They absolutely showed that they have been doing this type of work for a very long time and it showed in their skills. It's always a pleasure to watch a company and it's people work in a very efficient manor. I would 110% use this company again and absolutely recommend them to anyone! Now for the pricing, just like anything these days it was more than we expected for a pump and certification. Then as we got into the job turned out we need a but more work due to a collapsed leach line pipe, so that added to the price. But truth be told, the price made alot of sense once these guys went to work and absolutely made it seem like we were getting a fair deal! Once they were done and left our front yard looking like anyone had hardly even been there, paying the bill was super easy! Quality work was done for my home requiring septic draining and inspection. They were able to replace a tank lid same day--an issue discovered during inspection. Failure to dig or find the septic location - I ended up with multiple gigantic holes on my yard 2. I needed a full replacement of my septic system and riser installation which I easily thought was going to take two weekends to complete.
