We had two Cedar trees removed recently because of the plumbing damage they continued to cause on our property. The part of the sewer that is closest to our home was showing signs of needed repair. Several years ago Easy Rooter took care of the sewer line that was on the front side of our property. It's still working very well after 6 years. This time it wasn't a simple task to just dig up the dirt to access the sewer line. There was cement to remove, very large tree roots to remove, and old sprinkler pipes to remove. They replaced old plumbing that was connected to our laundry room and a bathroom. After scheduling for them to do the work a week in advance, they changed the schedule to accommodate us for the following day. The reason they did this was because our shower backed up that very night. Jonathan was at our home the next morning to discuss what they could do in full detail. I so appreciate that Jonathan took the time to spell out everything. When his employees arrived he introduced the guys who were going to do the work and then took them to where the work was to be done. I was pleasantly surprised that this whole job was done in one day! Jonathan has a kind and gentle demeanor. I can see why his employees bring that same attitude to work. Easy Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is the only company I will call because I can trust that they will do what they say they will do, they clean up everything and treat my home like it was their own.
