I tried to figure out where it was coming from. So I checked around and tightened the pipes a little. One was a little loose but not much. I put down paper to try and pinpoint where the drip was coming from. We watched it for three days and nothing. We could not see any drips but my dad insisted we get a free estimate just to make sure. So I called two places that advertised "free estimates" Right Solutions was the first company to come out. The technician was nice. I told him what I thought was going on as well as what all I did. Even the fact I think I fixed it because it was still dry. That other ones on top so anyways, so then I said oh He could not figure out what might have caused it and even joked that I might have fixed it ;) Well, when he left he convinced my father to pay $120 that could be used for work to be done if we needed it. I was not happy about that. Especially when the next day we have Chris Taylor's Plumming come to give us a "Free Estimate" The technician was very nice. The visit was pretty much the same except they did not charge us for doing or finding 'nothing'! So then I was more angry to have had Right Solutions charge my elderly father $120!! So I stopped payment for my dad on that check. Three days later the same technician came (while I was out) to tell my dad he needed to now pay for the returned check plus $120 for the "Free Estimate"!!! My father was gullible and nice, so he gave him his credit card. I couldn't let this go. So before I disputed the charge I called the owner to ask her about why we got charged for a "Free Estimate"? Wait for this response. You will not believe this......... The owner of the company is who I booked the appointment with and before I hung up I made sure to ask if the estimate was free, she said yes. So when I asked her why we were charged, her response was in a very rude loud angry voice that, he was there for an hour and pipes were loose. She also said the technician had a video of water leaking and him having tightened them. When I tried to argue that she cut me off telling to stop yelling. WELL OF COURSE I WAS YELLING,,,,,,,,, THIS WAS A LIE!!!!!! I then asked her to send me the video but she said "NO! You come to so and so address and look at the video yourself!!! Never in my long life have I ever dealt with a company who would blatantly lie like that. Needless to say this company doesn't even deserve one star for their actions. Although he was unable to fix the emergent issue because the leak was from the fire suppression system (a specialized license is required to fix that), he found a major problem in our front yard with the water lines and pressure regulator.
