Excellent, honest service. They were on time and very professional. I would definitely recommend for all your AC needs.

Josh has taken care of a couple of heating and AC repairs/projects for us between our cabin and mobile home. The first time we met him, he tried to help us over the phone to save us the cost of a trip. I'd never heard of such a thing before. We weren't able to fix it ourselves but when he came out, he was honest and straightforward. I appreciate his forthrightness and also, the different options available when it comes to doing work. His recent ac project was just that. He gave us a couple of options regarding cost and it was super helpful to know what we could do within our budget. I highly recommend chill out heating and will continue to use him for any heating or ac needs. Thanks Josh! read more

Josh has been the most honest, responsive, and trustworthy repairperson we have ever used. He has been servicing our house for the last 10+ years and helped to get 38 hardworking years out of our air conditioner and furnace! He replaced capacitors and worked on our fan motor multiple times over the last decade, allowing us to use the original unit on our home for far longer than anyone ever expected. When it finally decided it had lived it's full life on a Friday morning, Josh had us hooked up with a new AC and heater installation on Monday. All around a wonderful locally owned, family run business with competitive pricing. I could not recommend them more. read more

Like everyone else this heat had my air conditioner acting up. Searching local Facebook groups I noticed everyone recommending Chill out. I gave him a call and he let me know it would be 4 days until he could get to me. Major bummer. He asked me to describe my issue, which I did. He then text me back pictures of what I could do to try to resolve the problem myself. He was very clear in his directions and my husband was able to fix it!! He could have had me just sweat it out until he got to me, but he genuinely cared about helping me. This interaction demonstrated to me why everyone recommended him. In the future I will not hesitate to call. read more

Had a great experience. Josh is very knowledgeable and worth every penny. We had a new system installed by another company 2 years ago but we're still having trouble with ours. Josh found that we had a small hole in our copper pipe under our house. He fixed it and now it works great. Would call him again if needed. read more

2nd service 2021 Once again Josh saves the day! This time with the AC and a blocked main drain line. He was quick to identify the problem and get it taken care of! Appreciate so much how he explained the process and how to maintain the system to avoid repairs in the future as well! Highly recommend him again!!! 1st service 2020 What an amazing experience...trouble shooting over the phone first to see if a service call was even needed and when it was Josh was here quick and completed the job within 30 minutes, and I guarantee no one could beat his price!!! He also gave great information with setting the system and cost if replacement is needed down the road. I highly recommend Josh with Chill Out!!! read more

Excellent service and repairs. He came out at 930 at night, found the problem quickly and repared it. I Would Highly recommed this company.

Excellent service. Josh runs a family business. He is very honest and his charges are very reasonable.

Josh came to our house to check our AC unit that has had a refrigerant leak that no other AC company been able to actually resolve. We put out a lot of money over the past seven years hoping the problem had been fixed but when summer came around each year we still had the same problem. Josh fixed our leak this time. Josh was on time, pleasant and professional. We are so appreciative of his time and knowledge in addressing and fixing our AC unit. read more

Called Chill Out Heating and Cooling after finding them on Yelp. They had good reviews! Josh Pauley who owns Chill Out scheduled an appointment and arrived at my house promptly and right on time. Josh is a real pro. He troubleshot my A/C and found the problem giving me a number of options to choose from cost wise. He got the repairs done and even spray washed the coils on the outside compressor unit. He did an outstanding job and I highly recommend his services. A real pro with top notch equipment, clean cut and very polite! read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Josh really is a lifesaver. Our A/C went out in the middle of summer and I called everywhere but no luck. Everyone was at least a week or 2 before they could come out. Josh was also busy at the time but took the time to help me problem solve over the phone. And even instructed me how to fix my own problem. Which was an easy fix that would have costed me $100s of dollars. Josh has my business for life. read more

Great customer service and technical knowledge provided by Josh at Chill Out Heating and Air. Our AC stopped working and he diagnosed and fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend him and his company. read more

If you're looking for an AC technician, stop looking, and go with Josh. He truly has the best interest in his customers. My AC stopped working during the weekend and it was 108 degrees outside. And it was 88 degrees inside my house. I was desperate. Honestly I called several technicians in the area (Beaumont/Banning) not one replied back to me, only Josh. It might not be a big deal to others, but when you have a 16 month old baby that can't sleep because it's very hot, and she's very irritated all day except when she's in a cold bath, and as mom it broke my heart that I couldn't do much for her but to wait on a technician to reply. I even decided to do research, and I ordered the parts I need because I got tired of waiting. I decided to fix it myself since no one replied. I'm glad Josh called back since my parts are still not delivered. And i didn't have to put my daughter through another day of this heat. Up to now. I still haven't gotten any replies on the other places I called. So Josh is the guy you want. Thank you Josh!! You're great! read more
