So after all this year of using this guy! He became a jerk! He decided to up his prices bc his business is struggling. How is that my fault. He came to fix my unit without letting me know how much it would cost he goes on ahead and fixed 2 fuses. The decided to charge me $900 for it after asking you why didn't you consult with me before replacing it? He said you better pay me or else I'm gonna come and take my stuff out. I said that's fine. You're more than welcome to come in the morning take the stuff he decided to break into my house at 9pm with a motorcycle and some lady on the back of it.. while I had guest in the house and take off the fuse from the AC so my guest don't have AC. Don't call him unless you want your house to be broken into. I think he's lost it and he's on drugs now. read more

Ruben was amazing. He thoughtfully addressed my requests and recommended effective solutions. They cleaned out all the ducts, including the dryer duct, which revealed a significant lint buildup we were unaware of-- saving us from buying a new dryer. Additionally, Ruben installed an air scrubber unit, which has made a huge difference. He balanced the airflow throughout the house, so now my bedroom is no longer a sauna, and my mom's room isn't freezing. I'm grateful. All you folks that think Ruben is so great better hope none of his work fails and causes damage to your house like it did mine. He refuses to take responsibility for water damage to my ceiling he directly caused by not installing a safety switch on the correct pipe in attic. I discovered a leak in my ceiling and he did show up to address it but left my house unresolved. He was unable to perform a simple task of locating the primary drain line and clearing that. He only cleared the secondary allegedly. I believed him when he told me all was good and the ceiling would ultimately dry and just need a simple paint touch up. Within the two days of his departure the water damaged ceiling area got worse and when I went to remove damaged drywall so area could begin to dry I discovered it was still leaking water from furnace onto my ceiling. The very thing I paid him $85 to come fix. By the time he was able to return I found someone that actually knows what they are doing and found multiple problems with his furnace install. When he finally got back to me with a time he could return I informed him I'd found someone else that knows how to work and act like a professional and all he could do for me now is pay for the damage. We haven't spoken since and he hasn't responded to multiple inquiries about paying for the needed repair. Ruben is generally prompt and will be there when he says. Unfortunately his work never actually gets resolved setting up for numerous call backs where he just squeezes you for more and more money rather than just fixing it right the first time. We had such a great experience with them that when our unit stopped working, we gave them a call. They arrived the next day and noticed an issue that our kitchen remodel had caused. Re-Post DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! Ruben the WORSE, DISHONEST, SHYSTER I have ever encountered. My experience, my A/C rental was blowing hot air. Ruben repair consisted of, verify unit was low on Refrigerant so he sealed unit and added R-22 Refrigerant, refrigerant Cost $195.00, sealer Cost $165.00, Service call Cost $65.00 and I asked him to do a under the house duck inspection, Cost $105.00. He was too busy and would return at a later date to inspect. Ruben demanded a $500.00 payment on the spot. The system started blowing Hot air again about 7 to 8 hours later. I called Ruben the next morning and after a couple days trying to get ahold of him and no return call. Ruben finally returned my call and I asked him when he could return to repair and cancel my under the house duck inspect, Ruben said he would return A.S.A.P. Ruben didn't return until approximately a week later. He sent someone out before he returned and to do the inspection and charged me. I asked Ruben what service was I was playing for? Cold air for approximately 8 hours? Nothing repaired and incorrect diagnosis! Under the house duck inspection that I cancelled? He thought adding refrigerant and sealer would fix the A/C coil problem. WOW! He took my money and ran with it and refused to take any responsibility. Threaten me. he'll take me collection if I didn't pay my bill. He's HORRIBLE and has No business MORALS! People like Ruben shouldn't be allow to do business. YOU BEEN WARNED! read more

Good Guys AC showed up in masks. Which is key and important to us. Wish they could of had shoe covers when entering the house (wife preferred and we have a baby.) Called on 7/21/20 and spoke to Lorena briefly explained I had issue with out AC. She setup an appt. same-day technician Ruben to come out between 2pm-4pm. They showed up in between that time frame. Explained that no air was coming out of the vents but power was being turned on. He recommended the blower motor. He uninstalled that part within 20 mins. He went and tested the unit come to find out it was faulty. He got a blower motor within 30 mins and installed it. Later I asked some questions about maintenance and he took the time after to go outside and check/test voltage and refrigerant levels. He even adjusted and topped off the levels. Truly appreciate the work and knowledge. Only thing that I'd would recommend which was concerning was I was never given a quote or a estimate to complete the job. Fortunately, the price was better than bigger name brand companies :) Plus I always go with Local Businesses first before bigger name brand companies. Okay let me start by saying the work that was done was amazing my AC was fixed BUT I had a horrible embarrassing situation with this company Me and my boyfriend were accused of STEALING from their company's van , 2 employees said they saw my boyfriend walking around their van before the piece of equipment went missing !!!I got a called from my land lord saying they are accusing my boyfriend of stealing their equipment I was so furious! My boyfriend not once stepped out of the vehicle since him and my son were asleep in the car since we had just got there after they were an whole hr late to do the work we weren't home when they had arrive we were coming from out of town ! I have camera but at the moment my camera was set the other way I spike to the front desk lady she also accused me of stealing it since both of her employees both said they both went to look for the equipment together and it wasn't there and that they both said they physically saw my boyfriend walking around their van how when he was asleep in my car waiting for me long story short they called me saying sorry for giving you a headach but the piece has been found it was misplaced, not only tldid they give me a head ache I was embarrassed my land lord had to be the one asking me if we stole it !!! I called for an appointment, thinking that they would be booked, but they were available for an appointment within 3 days of my phone call (I just needed service, it wasn't an emergency appointment). They showed up on time for the appointment, made sure they could start maintenance with a signature, then started servicing right away. At first, 2 guys showed up but then another guy showed up to help with the maintenance. All the guys were really nice and made sure to ask if there were any specific complaints about our AC. When they didn't have the right size part for our AC, one of the guys ran to Home Depot, even though it was the end of the day, and he returned with the right part. These guys were on it.
