" The Best Plumbers Ever " My Rheem Tankless Water Heater was leaking water on my garage floor so I called the Rheem Company. The Rheem Company suggested that I call Rush Plumbing, Heating, and Air in Yucaipa, CA. Don from Rush Plumbing sent veteran Plumber Paco and his assistant Simon to my house around 3:00 pm on the same day that I called. I have never seen a more sociable, intelligent, detailed, and professional customer-caring Plumber in my entire life. Both Paco and Simon were so friendly and had great personalities as they took their time and made sure that everything they did was explained to me with honest smiles on their faces. After entering my garage and checking my old Rheem Tankless Water Heater which was leaking, they contacted both Rheem and a company in Fontana, CA about 4:00 PM to get another new Rheem Water Heater that they could pick up. It took them 2 1/2 hours with all the traffic on the 10 freeway to get my new Rheem Water Heater replacement and drive back to my house in Beaumont, CA . My A/C indoor house unit started to leak water and stopped working very late at night, raising the temperature in my house to 92 degrees. I immediately called their 24/7 number and Jeremiah was over the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything that went wrong. He spent 2hrs repairing with great detail the unit. he had to completely disassemble the unit to get to the problem. He kept checking every step making sure he did not overlook any small problem. My land lord recommend me Rush HVAC, I did not have a choice since I am renting, an bragged about how professional an how detail they are an how they take the time to explain any questions I have. Issac from Rush air conditioning shows up with my land lord and supervisor maintenance to inspect the massive problem of my AC system not working properly and what I suspected to be mold inside the HVAC ducking system. Long story short, Issac puts his hand on the mold that he says it is just dust..how does dust accumulate inside a duct when their is a filter?? But he says it is just dust, he puts his hand on the mold an try to put it in front of my face. I immediately step back 10 steps back and ask him how does he know it is dust. Issac reply back saying, "I'm pretty sure it is not mold". So mush for a yes or no answer. I asked him if he could remove a vent for inspection. Issac replied back No. Issac could not remove two screws and a vent. I had to use my own tools to remove two screws an a vent an inspect it my self. The only thing Issac was nice about was he let me borrow his step stool. Issac recommend to just bust all the old ducking out and install all new duct work. I ask him again what about the mold, he replied back with a sarcastic remark making me feel stupid. I had this "dust" inspected by a certified mold expert an find out that it is positive for mold, high level of mold, the name of the type of mold is Cladosporium. I recommend Issac to go get him self checked out at the doctor since he rubbed the mold all over his hands and never did wash his hands. He also blamed my cats for the malfunction of the HVAC system not operating correctly and also said that I had an incorrect air filter. He did not recommend any kind of advice to protect me or my family. Maybe it is not Issac's fault, maybe his manager did not train him properly to do his job. I just did not like the fact that I had to remove the ceiling tile, unhook the flex pipe, told him to be very careful with the mold and then remove the vent. The only thing he did was let me borrow his step stool, re install the vent upside down an made me feel stupid in my own home. read more

Rush Heating and Air did a great job replacing the valve in my shower. Gabriel was polite and professional, and I was impressed with the quality of his work, especially the welding (see photo). The previous valve was difficult to turn on and off and the temperature fluctuated. The new Moen valve is a pleasure to use. Gabriel even took the time to install a new eustachian for my shower head. I wasn't expecting the $400 bill they charged me for fixing a water problem. They gave me a quote over the phone which was much less than that then when they showed up at my house and did all the work, I was very disappointed to find out the bill went up by $300. Lesson learned now I will be asking the amount in person after they have inspected before they touch my house. I had multiple issues and I took my other plumbing issues elsewhere since they were so dang expensive. I called and spoke to George about what I was sure a leaking hot water tank.He arrived within the hour( I do live close to their shop) to give me an estimate on my 15 year old water heater. Instead, he found it was a cracked hose for my dryer and replaced it. He could have easily charged me the cost of replacing with new one. The initial interaction started off great, Omar came out to our house to give us a quote, we scheduled a date (today) to come out and do the service. 8am rolls around, which was the appt time, 830 rolls around, 845 and I decide to give him a call. First off, he didn't even remember I had an appt scheduled, and asked if I had the right company. Then he remembered what service was suppose to be performed and said "oh, you know I was trying to get a hold of you guys.." when I told him I never got a phone call he then says "oh, it's because I couldn't find your phone number." Well then you OBVIOUSLY weren't TRYING to get a hold of me. Then changes it to "well, I was waiting for you to call me." Now why would I need to call you if we already have an appointment scheduled?! Long story short he said "we're too busy with other calls to make it to your appointment, but I can try to squeeze you in sometime next week, but I need to check with my boss first." We needed a plumber ASAP last Saturday and the first one to respond was Rush plumbing. The plumber came right out and was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He recommended we call a septic company and even provide a name. We called that company they came out and then had to call Rush plumbing back out after that for the same plumbing issues. Called Mike again regarding my air duct system. I had checked one of my vents in my living room which is usually the warmest room in the house during the summer months. I discovered that the ducts we're not properly connected to the vents. I could reach into the attic. That's when I realized I needed to give Rush a call. Mike came out and checked all the ducts. I knew the ducts we're old. We had also had problems with allergies with myself and the kids. He suggested adding some vents, enlarging the return vent and enlarging some other vents. He said he would replace all the ducts and ensuring it met a certain code. After a few days of work I cannot tell you how pleased we have been with the results. We have only been able to try out the heating portion of the new ducts since it's been cold. The heat in the house is now distributed so well and evenly throughout the house. The unit even runs smoother and quieter than before. The filter doesn't get anywhere as dirty as it used to. Allergies, haven't been an issue and the overall dust in the house is much better. Rush Heating and Air were the quickest contractor that could come out during a 100+ heatwave. Our HVAC died and we were without AC for a whole weekend. Mike and Nick quickly came out Monday morning to the Rescue and installed a complete new HVAC system. Our current system was 25 yrs old and on its last leg. Mike said the best course of action would be a new system. He quickly found us a condenser, coils and furnace and finished the installation on Friday. My new system is better than cool, it's ice cold baby. No comparison to the old system. Now we are saving money because it is so much more efficient, can't wait for winter to start using my brand new furnace as well.
