I don't know what's going on, but we asked him to install our air back in December, he was Recomended and with all the good reviews I figure we were safe. It's so hot right now, and our system does not seem to be blowing cold air, I've reached out by email, by phone, by text. Outstanding service. My AC stopped cooling around 11:00 PM on a Saturday, and they arrived at my house within 10 minutes of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed dual run capacitor, replaced it, cleaned and serviced the condenser coils, checked the refrigerant levels, and had my AC back up and cooling in about 20 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain what he was doing. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for a late night weekend emergency. I spent thousands with Cantos heating and AC a few years back. Had them install an entire new AC condenser, furnace, and ducting. It was THOUSANDS of dollars. Now, less than three years later, these people won't even call me back. My AC went out earlier this month, during the insane triple digit heatwave, and I called Brian three times. Left three voicemails, never heard a thing. This is the worst example of customer service and standing by one's work I've ever experienced. I cannot recommend with enough ferocity that you avoid this business like the plague. He puts his name and his stickers all over your unit, your furnace, everything, and then won't call you back when you need his help. You're better off with literally anyone. Try PRIDE, try Redlands Plumbing Heating and Air, try Burgesons. Just don't shoot yourself in the foot using these people or you will be suffering from heat stroke like me and my pregnant wife were. read more

Our outside AC unit blower motor fan stopped spinning thus no cold air was blowing in our house. Cantos Heating, Plumbing and Air was recommended by a church friend of mine so I gave them a call. Brian promptly answered the phone and I explained to him the situation. He told me he would like to inspect it first so I asked him to come out the next day. He came to the house, inspected some parts and immediately knew what was the issue. He explained how certain parts worked and how it can have an effect on other parts in order for the unit to work as a whole. He ended up replacing the blower motor condenser, connector, capacitors and some wires. After he finished his work, I was able to get a great price from him. HUGE Shout out to Brian of Cantos Air!! He was super honest and took a lot of time to track down a source of a leak we had no idea we even had! He not only found it and fixed it, he assured us that there was noting wrong upstairs. Just to humor us, he agreed to go up there and take a look around to be 100% sure. He also tightening things up on the outside claning the unit up and even saw the foundation was a bit uneven and moved the dirt to even it out.. It was 100% Major over the top Excellent A+++ job. While 2 other local guys wanted to charge us over 2k to 5-k and stood right in our home looked my wife in the eye, lying to her straight up in her face!!, assuming she was just a dumb girl.
