My air conditioner went out years ago and they changed it out. At the time they also wanted to do my furnace I told them no which my furnace was still good for another couple years and then they came back changed a part on it saving me a little money but the. It went out so I had to shell up the big bucks for it. The value here I do think is better than other places but I wish they would work on the upsell a little bit because times are tough and we don't need that but I do trust this company for things I do need.

I also appreciated getting a text notification with their names and photo IDs so I knew exactly who was coming. The diagnosis wasn't the news we wanted to hear -- it was time to replace our 12-year-old AC unit. We had already refurbished the motor last year, which gave us one more season, but it had truly reached the end of its life. What I appreciated most was that we never felt pressured into buying a new unit, even though it was recommended. The technicians walked us through our options: spending over half the cost on a refurbished unit with no warranty or going with a brand-new system that came with one.
