And okay... am I the only one who thinks he gives off handsome TV-doctor vibes? Haha! But really though... Bradlee did what felt impossible today. I've been stressing because my AC system is older and they don't even make my type anymore. Replacing the whole thing would've been an absolute nightmare -- digging things out, gutting parts of the attic, replacing everything inside and outside... major headache. Instead of immediately pushing me toward an expensive full replacement, Bradlee actually took the time to think outside the box. Step by step, he carefully worked through the problem and figured out a way to save most of my existing system by replacing the coil and tackling the issues one by one. And here's what stood out to me: where others used strange quick fixes and temporary patches that never truly solved anything, Bradlee was honest. He replaced worn-out valves and components correctly, welded things into place, and did it all at a price that was incredibly fair. Once we filled the system back up, something in my gut said, "Have him check the attic one more time..." and BOOM -- there it was. The master leak! Again... where others failed, Bradlee came through. Some of these parts were literally welded into place and a huge pain to remove, but he hauled everything up, lined it up, adjusted what needed adjusting, and handled all of it without complaining. That kind of work takes patience. It takes skill. It takes someone who actually cares. The difference? Bradlee enjoys a challenge. He understands older systems and knows quality when he sees it. A lot of people just want the easiest route these days, but Bradlee was happy to put in the effort with a smile the entire time. And beyond the work itself, he's respectful, kind, explains things clearly without talking down to you, and is honestly just joyful to be around. Needless to say, he'll definitely be back around Sept/Oct to check the heater for safety. In Bradlee we trust for all our heating and air conditioning needs!

I was really pleased that he tried to fix it and showed us why it was beyond repair. We purchased a new system and got a very fair price. As part of the installation he and his team fixed a major error that the builder created when they put it in. Doing that fix will save us a lot in cooling costs and make our new system much more efficient. Tim's team came out a couple of times in order to remove the old system and install the new one. His guys were VERY clean and tidy at all times. They even put down plastic in the closet over our clothes so they didn't get dusty from the changeover. They cleaned up everything and even their appearance was clean and neat. The job they do is hard and it's hot, (in peoples attics) so it made me have even more respect for them that they took the time to be respectful of our house and also look professional. Tim took the time to explain things to me very patiently and answer several dumb questions of mine. I really appreciated that and in the process he helped me understand the whole HVAC system. As a result we are more educated about how to make the new system last and how to actually make it work for us and our budget. I can't recommend this company more highly.
