They did a horrible job and broke the seal on my roof when they installed an AC unit. It took almost a year for repairs. They promised to take care of anything related to the AC unit in the future. They lied. Never trust this company. read more

Ralph showed up and told me what I needed for the next service. He's very professional and communicated findings on his job. Ralph has good quality and professionalism. I recommend Ralph for your AC job. read more

I have used NexGen many times before and always been happy......but.....they arrived for a system service today and though the tech was very polite and friendly, I just felt that rather than focus on servicing my unit, which is a year old, in a really nice home, it was an upsell exercise. Period. Yes, he saved me changing out unnecessary MERV 13 filters that are expensive, which I had bought already, but options were mentioned with no pricing until the end and then pressure applied to commit to them there and then, at over $1,000 in less than 5 minutes, which I told him I was not going to do. The system is working fine. This was a service, not repair. This is high pressure sales and I am all for preventative maintenance, but this experience did not make me feel good and I may not use them as a result from now on. read more

My air condition never worked from day one it is less than two years old. A service rep was sent to the house it took him over two hours and it still does not work. He thinks it is the electrical unit on the side of the air conditioner. He does not know for sure he only thinks so he has ordered a new part which apparently won't come for 15 days if we are lucky. Not knowing if it will work or not, It sure would have nice if they had checked to see if the air conditioner was working before they left when it was installed. Now it has cot me over $900.00 for service rep to tell me it still does not work and then another $500.00 for the new unit he ordered. For goodness sakes don't use this company for anything. read more

I was very unhappy when I thought my A/C completely went out on Monday July 8th, my thermostat would not work and it kept getting hotter inside my home. They delayed my appointment for Wednesday and had to be without A/C for a couple of days. When the technician showed up at my home, he quickly apologized stating it has been extremely busy this week. He proceeded to check everything and ensured me my A/C was fine. The problem was with my Google Nest. He helped me replace a new thermostat and ensured it was working 100%. My home immediately began cooling and he triple checked my A/C before he left. Isaac was very professional, friendly and understanding. Marcus, the manager, was very helpful and was fair with the discount I received. Overall, I am happy that I picked Nexgen for my A/C. read more

AC maintenance check requested and was provided excellent, professional service by Christian Valdez. He came on time and spent at least 3 hours cleaning our AC unit, fixing what needed to be fixed, and making it look brand new. My husband and I couldn't be any happier. Moreover, he did a thorough check of the AC ducts in the attic due to a constant water leak from the expansion valve. He identified the problem, took pictures, patiently explained to us what he found, and gave us options to have the problem fixed. On his return visit, he spent another 3-4 hours to do the option that we picked and reassured us with a one year warranty. Christian Valdez is an asset to the company. I would definitely recommend Nex Gen for AC services. The quality of service is worth every penny. read more

NexGen sent two aggressive salesmen to my house that sabotaged my HVAC system after trying to sell me services I didn't need. I had them come to my home to do an HVAC "rejuvenation". They spent an hour in my attic and came down and told me they had taken apart my entire system and it was in a serious state. They said the blower motor was leaking oil and urgently needed to be repaired. They also tried to sell me on air scrubbers and other warranty addons including a hard start system for each condenser. I didn't have the money so I passed. Fast forward to this winter. I turned my heater on and it would fire up and turn off after a couple minutes. So I called a local repair guy who I trusted. He went up in my attic and said that someone had switched the polarity of the wires from the blower to the controller board so my blower was way under powered and the heat exchange was over. This caused the controller board to FRY costing me over $700. Stay away from this company at all costs. They employ hard selling sales people who care little about if your system really works and more about how much of a deal they can pack into a convenient financing plan. SCAMMERS! read more

I couldn't find a plumber when my hot water heater went out. I called four companies and got the run around. Nexgen had a person I could talk to. They came out the same day and resolved the issue. Aaron and Abraham were very knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me a new heater, just fixed the problem. I got a call from the office saying they would be there between 2 and 4pm. They arrived on time, which I appreciated. Great company, excellent sevice. I strongly recommend them! read more

He provided me with all the information I needed to know about my air conditioner and what I needed to do. It took a little over one hour to complete the job. I highly recommend Nexgen Air Conditioning and Heating! read more

Nexgen Air Conditioning and heating was truly professional and offered excellent service, from the moment I met with the salesman Marc who made the transaction understanable and he met the needs that we needed for our home and explained the whole loan in detail as well. In which we decided to get the a/c splitters 3 zone 3 ton, in which was the best solution for our home. We also saved a lot in our electrical bill as well because we only use one of the splitters that is located in the dining room area which is 24000 BTU in which covers a lot of square footage in the home so we are not using the rest of the splitters just one so it makes it more economical for us. Also I wanted to acknowledge all the installers who came out as well very professional and knowledgeable, the lead man Riodrigo was on point and professional. Mr. Valdez you should be very proud of your whole crew you truly have honorable, professionals working for you. I did a lot of research prior to calling nexgen asked all the questions I needed and the bottom line your company met all the requirements we needed. Truly satified and very happy with everything. I will definitely recommend my friends and family ! Also another important point I thought I needed to bring up is that you make GOD a priority and mention it on you ad and I know I made the right decision to join the nexgen family. Thank you God Bless you all! read more

I am a new homeowner last August and finally needed my heater. When I turned the heater on it had an odor it was putting out in my home so I shut it back off and I called NexGen I've seen their billboard their ads on TV so I called on a Thursday expecting not to get anybody out for two or three weeks because we all know how the world is right now and to my surprise they sent a technician Zack T to my home that Saturday morning 9 o'clock arrived on time called ahead to let me know took the whole unit apart cleaned it all up it was so filthy mind you it's 15 years old and unfortunately with some of the camera inspections we found that it was not safe in my home and If I continued to use it I probably would've burned down my new house so with that being said I obviously needed an estimate because my new home warranty won't replace the entire system just bits and pieces and I figured that was gonna take some time that same day Marc V was at my home at 3 o'clock in the afternoon as promised and we were able to move forward he assisted me with everything I needed to do and Monday they will install a new HVAC unit in my home I am so grateful to Zack T and Marc V and Nexgen read more
