Last Year I got a quote from Chris the Owner, my AC was still working at the time but barely, he even gave me other options to keep it working longer and Better, but I decline at the time, oh boy do I regret not getting it fix back then, I gave him another call last week when my AC went out, of course it the hottest days of the year so far , He immediately gave me a day , easy financing ( I needed A new unit with Coil) him and his team came in , removed and replace the unit under 5 hours........ My AC is working perfect, him and his team were pleasant and gave me a quick review and suggestions on how to keep it working good, and told me any issues they will be out if not the same day, then the next day......And to top it off he would be coming out every year to give it a tuneup and fix any issues they might find, wasn't expecting that,........His calming tone and his work ethic was amazing I already told 2 friends of mind who are having issues they need to call him immediately....If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. read more

My AC was on its last leg. A friend recommended Chris over the preferred vendors at his company. I sent Chris a message and he responded within 10 minutes. He offered to have someone there the next day. I told him I wasn't available, but the next day would do. Lo and behold my AC died that next day. I told Chris about what was going on and he had Eddie show up promptly at 8 AM the next day to sort out the issue. The motor in my compressor finally croaked. (My unit was 16 yrs old. It was time). Eddie offered to replace the motor right then and there. After thinking about it, and talking with Eddie about the condition of the rest of the components, we got Chris on the line to discuss options on a new unit. We discussed energy efficiency w/ solar vs costs. I felt zero pressure to buy any particular unit since I felt they were presenting me the facts and letting me make my own informed decision on what was best for us and what I knew I could afford. After deciding, Eddie and Chris rolled back out the next morning to install the new unit. Chris and Eddie were very polite and very easy to talk to. They were very conscious and considerate of our home and flooring as they brought equipment through the house and into the attic in our bedroom closet. They got the system up and running. Checked the heat and the AC that everything was working properly. They cleaned up so well that it looked cleaner than we had it before. They said to call if any issues and they would be back in a year to maintain everything. Again, Very informative. Super friendly and personable. Glad to recommend them. Our dogs loved them too. This company is awesome!! When my A/C went out at 7:00 pm, Chris responded immediately to my request for A/C repair - even though it was late. He said he could be here between 5-6 am the following morning and he was here by 5:00. He quickly diagnosed the issue and said he could have it repaired same day by noon. Chris was very responsive and walked me through his entire diagnostic process. I was very happy with his AC repair.

A while back i went to Goettl A/C, and after some "Questionable repair/sales tactics", I called HAVC and Chill to get a second opinion.... Chris said he could swing by after another call just a couple hours later, I was outside when he arrived. Very friendly guy. I explained what happened earlier that day and he said "Lets go look at your condensers". Because i guess it didn't make sense to him why BOTH my systems would suddenly break beyond repair. Makes Sense! I walked him to the back of the house and he said, "Lets try something" and he asked me if to remove the both "pull-out heads", flip them around, and put them back in. The condensers started! My A/C was still blowing hot air though and that's where we went to the attic and he showed me each of my units motor capacitors and how 1 of them had burnt out. The $25000 quote from Goettl to replace my "broken system" ended up being a simple replacement motor capacitor through Chris. Big Companies like Goettl are so concerned with profitting their owners that they create an environment where technicians con their customers into sales that give them commissions. Their technician spent 20 minutes "inspecting" my system, but really he was just sabotaging it to justify his sales pitch. I attached Goettl's assessment to this review for transparency. Here we are about 7 months later and my 20 year old system died again. I called Chris, he told me it was probably just a fuse, and walked me through how to do it over the phone and a after a quick trip across the street to lowes to pick up a 3v fuse for a couple bucks. I was enjoying the AC again. Great Guy. Will not be seeking another. read more
