Among the options, Anthony did offer a good price for CARRIER - 4.0 TON 18 SEER VARIABLE SPEED HEAT PUMP AND MULTI STAGE FURNACE. I did a research about this particular unit and decided to go with it rather than going with other brands like AC Pro and Daikin where they asked for about the same price. Anthony also matched the 12 years warranty offer like Daikin. 24 months payment with 0 interest was also another good deal. The crew Jose, Ethan and Oscar showed up on time and completed the installation in one and a half day. The old unit was removed and platform was inspected before putting the new one in place.they also installed a new breaker box for safety. The finished looks a lot nicer than my 20 years old unit. More importantly, they totally surpassed my expectations in every way from the very beginning to the very end! I hired Diamond Air to install two new HVAC systems (one for my home's upstairs and one for my downstairs). The owner (Anthony) came out right away (and on time) to assess my needs and provide an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely personable. He personally took care of every single detail, including managing his 4-person installation crew, stopping by my house every day on all 3 days of the installation to ensure every detail was perfect, going to the store to buy brand new air filters for me (and even gave me some extras), doing a final walk-through with me to ensure I was COMPLETELY satisfied, arranging for the testing and inspection, etc. He provided sound, experienced advice throughout the process. He noticed that there was some minor damage to the drywall along the rim of the attic opening, which was unavoidable bc they had to remove the trim around the opening to be able to fit the new equipment through the hole up into the attic. So, he promptly brought this to my attention and hired (at his own expense) a great drywall repair guy who came right away to fix everything perfectly (textured and painted to match existing ceiling). These guys were lifesavers! My elderly mom's HVAC system went kaput and I had to oversee the overhaul from across the country. I was anxious about it obviously, and Anthony went the extra mile to set me at ease. The entire team was so considerate and kind, while remaining professional. I cannot say enough about Anthony and Diamond Air Services. I called after I received a ridiculously high quote from AC Plus Heating and Air. Our home was built in 2021 and they attempted to charge us $7,000 for a full deep clean and UV light installation. When I asked about only a deep cleaning they said it would cost over $3,000 and that wouldn't include sanitizing. I called Diamond Air to get a second opinion and Anthony offered to come to our home and check it out before scheduling a cleaning. He estimated that a full deep cleaning including sanitizing would be no more than $1,500. However when he arrived and examined our house he said that our unit looked brand new and our ducts were clean. he gave advice on how to change the filters and explained that the main one looked dirty because it was near the laundry room. Such a difference from being told spores were flying through my home! I will trust Anthony for any and all AC/duct related issues from now on! I have used Diamond Air on 3 separate homes, and I am always extremely happy with the service, final product, and last, but not least PRICING. The first AC unit they installed for me in 2014 is still going strong with no issues at all over the years. This was a complicated job; no one in my condo complex had central AC because of the difficulty of the project with no attic. They problem solved and everything went great. The mini split AC unit they recently installed has been great as well. The project was a little complicated because it was installed on the second floor, but they did great work. Wires were hidden, and the finished product was super clean. They even added a little sticker that I loved (my nickname), such a nice touch. Very happy with all of the work they have done. Reading all the positive 5 start reviews, I knew I would contact Diamond Air Services to troubleshoot and hopefully fix my initial issues. After the assessment, it was diagnosed that it'd be better in the long run to get a new system due the continued issues and age of the equipment. Of course getting the initial estimate was an eye opening cost experience that comes along with being a home owner. Anthony really took the time to explain options and put any doubts at ease. Aside from the initial contract, Anthony went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer and not just a seal-the-deal feel and on to the next. The team was able to start a few days after, during the week of high temps. We were extremely appreciative to finally get a good cold night sleep with the new upstairs system. The Monday after, the team finished the downstairs unit and during the next few days also cleaned the air ducts and installed new air filter return grills. Hired Diamond Air for a large job that included asbestos abatement, relocation of our system from the garage to the attic, installation of a new HVAC system/heat pump, installation of both an attic fan and a whole house fan, installation of an attic light, and replacement of attic access doors. Overall, the process was smooth and all installation services were completed within a week. They also completed the permit process and helped to schedule the inspections to ensure our new system was properly installed and up to code. Anthony, Mike, and Oscar stood out during this process -- they were very friendly and easy to work with. Anthony was very responsive to calls and texts, and he was amenable to our ideas and suggestions. Anthony also followed up after the installation was complete to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. Mike and Oscar were very diligent -- showing up early (around 8:30 am every day), cleaning up before leaving, and working hard the entire time they were here. It is not fun working in 90+ degree heat in the house and even less fun to work in 110+ degree heat in the attic, but Mike and Oscar spent hours working without any complaints or negative attitudes. Tiffany in the front office was also responsive and helpful. She helped with the permit paperwork and scheduled the inspections. When there was a miscommunication about the permit fee payment (I paid it myself after receiving an email about it, but Anthony told me they would cover the cost since it was included as part of the job they were hired for), Tiffany quickly issued a check to repay me for the expense that same day. She also kept us updated on the permit and inspection process. This was an expensive job, but it was comparable to some of the competitors we considered. We ultimately chose Diamond Air because Anthony made a good impression on us during the consultation, was accommodating to our requests, and was responsive and informative without making us feel pressured or forced. Amazing job by Will and Jose! Will and Jose came to clean my HVAC - Furnace Blower Motor and Wheel, and dryer vent. They came on time, were very courteous, and made us feel comfortable with the job they're doing. My husband and I had a couple questions about their cleaning process and the maintenance we need to do on our end, and they gave us their honest opinions--it didn't feel like they were trying to get us to pay for more services. What I truly appreciated were (1) they wore shoe covers and were diligent about taken them on and off as they came in and out of my house; (2) they showed us the before and after (in-person and pictures) of the areas and items they cleaned; and (3) they made sure that my A/C, heater, and thermostat are working. I am blown away with the customer service from Diamond Air Services. In 2020 we needed a new AC and furnace. We obtained multiple quotes but ended up going with Diamond Air Services. We never felt pressured during the quotation process and were given multiple options to fit our price point. On the day of installation everything went smoothly. The team was personable, knowledgeable, and conscientious. The house was clean when they left and everything worked as expected. A+. In 2024 we needed help adjusting the AC air flow to some of the hotter rooms in the house. Again we called Diamond Air and they came out and did the adjustment for free! A+. Fast forward to 2025, the furnace wouldn't turn on. Ofcourse we called diamond air again. Will (who was Amazing!) came out and replaced the blower motor. My Carrier furnace and A/C are 29 years old. They both would come on, but no air was blowing, so I assumed that my blower/fan was broken. I called Diamond Air, and Oscar their technician checked the system out. He discovered that the fan was working, but a box containing a computer for the system had gone out (who knew such an old furnace had a computer?). While there was doubt that a replacement part was available, Howie at Diamond Air was able to source a replacement computer the same afternoon. Technician Salvador returned early the next morning, worked through a maze of wires, and installed the new computer. He even cleaned my filters for better performance.
