Air Ducks cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent this week and did an absolutely great job. The Air Ducks technician Chris did a thorough, detailed job and really went above and beyond. Chris also found an issue with the roof cover of our dryer vent and took the initiative to fix that. I've had a lot of workers in my home and by far, this is the best experience I've had. Also, we were able to schedule the visit within a couple days of reaching out to Air Ducks, pricing was competitive and we were not up-charged (I had 3 other Air Duct cleaning companies that either quoted me outrageous prices or kept pushing add-ons. Air Ducks gave me a price over the phone and that was the price I paid. Adrian from Air Ducks showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He first swept our wood burning fireplace clean for the year. Well worth the $125 charged. He left all the areas around the fireplace neat and clean when he finished. There was no lingering odor as well. Then Adrian cleaned the furnace and A/C for its preventative maintenance for the year. I had just put a clean filter in about 3 weeks ago so that did not need changing. Cleaning was $85 and again, all of the area around the furnace and A/C units was neat as a pin when Adrian was finished. He looked at the leak we had from the A/C unit but was not confident that he had solved the problem so told us that if it leaked more, he suggested installing a pump to force the water down through the concrete slab to drain. We are keeping a watch on the drain. This was the first time that we have used this company. We were pleased both at the price and the service provided. Would we use Air Ducks again? Yes. I love Air Ducks Duct Cleaning. One of the first things I did when I moved into my new home was get my cool fireplace chimney sweeped and Karl's service was phenomenal.
