Air Ducks cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent this week and did an absolutely great job. The Air Ducks technician Chris did a thorough, detailed job and really went above and beyond. Chris also found an issue with the roof cover of our dryer vent and took the initiative to fix that. I've had a lot of workers in my home and by far, this is the best experience I've had. Also, we were able to schedule the visit within a couple days of reaching out to Air Ducks, pricing was competitive and we were not up-charged (I had 3 other Air Duct cleaning companies that either quoted me outrageous prices or kept pushing add-ons. Air Ducks gave me a price over the phone and that was the price I paid. I'm so pleased with this company that I've already given their name to several friends and my next door neighbor has already booked a cleaning with Air Ducks. This is a great company, Chris is an outstanding tech, and I will use this company whenever I need duct cleaning for many years to come. read more

Carl was kind, efficient and got the job done quickly. My dryer dries so fast now. I wish I would have done it months ago.

Came very quickly, was professional coordinated when they would arrive and got the job done without any issues. I had a few issues with the exhaust port, and the guy came up with a great solution and even walked me through what I would need to fix it in the future, which was very appreciated. Highly recommended. read more

We had Air Ducks clean out our vents and they did a wonderful job. Christian stayed to do an excellent job and to clean up everything after it was done. Another great service by this great company! read more

The owner came out. He came early (wonderful). He was polite and personable. Unlike some competitor companies who play games ( we can't give you a price until we arrive), he gave me the price right over the phone. I needed him t clean my dryer vent. He was done in 45 min and I was very satisfied. He showed me how much lint I had. I will use him again. Was a great person. read more

Great service. Very fast and efficient would highly recommend. They literally had to climb three stories to get to my air duct. And it was raining! Very nice and professional. read more

Karl is AWESOME, and 10/10 I recommend working with Air Ducks Duct Cleaning! I put in my inquiry through Yelp and I had five responses pretty quick but Karl also gave me a next Day time slot from the get-go. Not only was he great with communication with answering the phone when I called, but also texting me updates on his timing, he does not price gouge and this was an absolute Great value with exactly the kind of personalized customer service you love to get but rarely do these days. I also inquired about a whole house duct cleaning and he was straight up and honest giving me an on-the-spot quote and then I asked him to do a quick vent count throughout my house and he had no issue doing that. We're getting ready to start a remodel and he gave me some great tips not pushing me to get him to start right away. Again, that kind of honesty is exactly what earns business back and I couldn't recommend doing business with Air Ducks / Karl Hoshor enough. Thank you! read more

Great work! Carl and Chris are legit. Chris came to the house and went in our attic and checked everything out, gave me his honest opinion. Said our ducts were newer generation and in solid shape. Then he cleaned them all with his special machine. They needed it. Then he inspected and cleaned our furnace and tuned-up (and cleaned) our AC. Also gave me encouraging words about our new compressor (and older furnace). The air was colder and cleaner after he left. Thank you Chris and Carl for all your work. Great HVAC company. read more

This was honestly the best service I've gotten in anything in a long time- possibly ever. He is very quick to respond to messages- the pricing is wonderful. He was quick and friendly, explained everything he was doing and even went above and beyond trying to help me figure out what was wrong with my dryer. He cleaned the vents perfectly and (I rent) they clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time. He was quick and wonderful! I am so grateful we hired him! Big thank you! read more

Fast quote, friendly and effective service! Would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to our neighbors!

Karl was very quick in responding to my messages. He also went above and beyond and took the old registers with him as they were dirty and old. He made a list of all the replacement sizes and recommended certain ones. Cleaned up afterwards and was professional. read more

Francisco was awesome. From estimate until finish, as was Karl who booked & then processed my payment when I was having issues with bank fulfilment. I felt 100% confident in Francisco's work, and Karl's quote was clean and reasonable. No funny business - just a hard working, honest company. I would def recommend to friends/family, and use for other services they offer. Thank you. read more

Found Air Ducks Duct Cleaning on Yelp and reached out for a quote for a chimney sweep/inspection. They were very quick to respond and was the most reasonably priced company who provided a quote. Karl texted ahead of time of his ETA and was early. He was friendly and COVID-compliant - made sure to wear booties inside, mask worn correctly, and maintained distance from us. He was quick and efficient, answered any questions we had, and didn't try to upsell us anything. Would definitely contact again if we need our chimney swept again in the future. read more

Adrian from Air Ducks showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. He first swept our wood burning fireplace clean for the year. Well worth the $125 charged. He left all the areas around the fireplace neat and clean when he finished. There was no lingering odor as well. Then Adrian cleaned the furnace and A/C for its preventative maintenance for the year. I had just put a clean filter in about 3 weeks ago so that did not need changing. Cleaning was $85 and again, all of the area around the furnace and A/C units was neat as a pin when Adrian was finished. He looked at the leak we had from the A/C unit but was not confident that he had solved the problem so told us that if it leaked more, he suggested installing a pump to force the water down through the concrete slab to drain. We are keeping a watch on the drain. This was the first time that we have used this company. We were pleased both at the price and the service provided. Would we use Air Ducks again? Yes. Would we request Adrian be the service person? Yes. read more

Use this Company!! This is my second review - ever. My first review, not too long ago, was also on Air Ducks. It was not a good review and it really caused me pain to write something so negative because the technician was so decent. I AM SO GLAD THAT I GAVE AIR DUCKS A SECOND CHANCE. Today Karl arrived and cleaned all the vents for my HVAC. He arrived promptly. He was very, very pleasant. He went about his task quietly and efficiently with absolutely no interruption of our daily lives in the house. He completed the work in a timely fashion and left the house spotless. Thank you Karl!! Thank you Air Ducks! I will be using you again and - more importantly- recommending you to others. Starting now: Use this company! read more

From my first contact by phone, with Karl, my experience with Air Ducks was positive. We scheduled the appointment for the following week, he told me what the charges would be, and the time they would arrive. The day before the appointment, they confirmed, and the morning of the appointment, they called to confirm what time they would arrive. Adrian and Chris were the technicians who did my air ducts and dryer vent. They were professional, kind, thorough, and sensitive about my cat being in the house. My experience with Air Ducks was 100% positive! I plan on using them again in the future, and highly recommend them! Thank you to Karl, Adrian and Chris, you were all awesome! read more

We bought a 1960's home from an original owner and Karl and his team installed a new air conditioner, new heater and moved it to the attic and all new ducting and vents. Him and his team were amazing!! Professional, responsive, excellent work ethic and great pricing!! We shopped around and got several other quotes, we also had lots of questions and changed our minds several times before deciding the best system for us and chose Air Ducts because of Karl. Instead of getting frustrated, Karl was patient, kind, quick to respond and a dream to work with!!! He was even quick and responsive months after the work was complete when we had questions, he's amazing! We could not be happier and have recommended Karl and Air Ducks to many friends and family members who have also had wonderful experiences!! Thanks, Karl!! :) read more

Karl did a fantastic job. He thoroughly cleaned every vent in the house, then removed the motor in the furnace and thoroughy cleaned it. He showed me how to insert a filter in the intake vent. He then cleaned the fireplace, and then cleaned the clothes dryer vent. Karl is obviously a long-time professional, and I'm so glad I hired him. Linda P. Irvine, CA read more

Glad we found air ducks duct cleaning. Great service and did a great job. Prices are very good as well. Thank you!

Karl determined my 3rd floor condo was beyond the range of his truck's vacuum hoses and advised that a shop vac would not be effective. He declined the work with apologies. How very refreshing! Use this service with confidence. read more

I love Air Ducks Duct Cleaning. One of the first things I did when I moved into my new home was get my cool fireplace chimney sweeped and Karl's service was phenomenal. I've never had a fireplace before so I was nervous about how this different kind of fireplace that I have needed to be serviced but Karl was so ready to rock and roll and just went straight to work. Below is a picture from when he came to work on my fireplace. He was one of the few folks I spoke with that new how to service this kind of fireplace and he educated me on how to use and take care of my fireplace in the future. After that wonderful experience, I had his team come and clean out my air ducts throughout my home. And later I had them come help my heater work again when it conked out a little while back. All three times service with Air Ducks Duct Cleaning has been exemplary so they are my go-to folks from now on! read more
