I am beyond happy with the work and pricing from Diamond Air for installing a brand new AC unit in my condo. Anthony was professional and friendly, quoting me a great price and recommending that I get other quotes as well. He had given me by far the best price by a couple thousand, and this included a new heater and a top of the line brand (the other companies prices included lower end brands, and no heater). I was sold. Not only was the price point a selling factor, the professionalism and pride they took in doing great work was as well. I lived in a condo bottom unit with no attic, so they had to do a lot of work to put the line in, but when they were done you couldn't even tell where they had cut in. They even put a little fence around the unit so my dog wouldn't urinate on it and ruin the coils. They definitely went above and beyond, even with the little details. I have the only unit in the complex with AC! They did great work and I'm very happy with it and the company overall. Highly recommend. My AC went out over the weekend and Howie was able to meet me up super early Monday morning to get it fixed before we start the work week. What a life saver! It'll be over 100 degrees this week and I don't think my employees would've liked working in a hot office. Instead we have cool running AC by 7:00 am Monday! Anthony from Diamond Air was amazing! He was super helpful, very personable, and gave me the best quote of the three companies that I looked into to replace my entire AC unit. He was very honest about the size of the AC unit I would realistically need rather than try to sell me a more expensive unit. He was able to to give me a quote within a few days and mentioned at that time that inventory was low for AC units, so it may take a while to receive the order if I chose to go with Diamond Air. It took about three weeks to get the unit after I decided to use the company, but when it did, it was a great experience! They were great about texting me and letting me know which technician would be working on replacing the unit and what time he would be arriving. About a week and a half after installation, I called Anthony again because my insurance needed to speak to Diamond Air in order to approve the claim. Anthony and his team are absolutely amazing. My dog had gone beserk and chewed up the wires behind the a/c unit during a loud thunderstorm. The fuse was blown and I was dreading the cost to fix everything. Bobby and Mike came out to assess the damage. They were very punctual and worked efficiently. These people are really great - we were looking for preventative maintenance, and they were able to provide this for us, no problem. We've lived at our house for going on six years, and it was definitely time to have our HVAC system checked out, and have our dryer line cleaned. Anthony was quick to respond to my request, and was able to pencil us on the schedule pretty quickly. Steve and Trey were pleasant, great techs that got right to work when they arrived. Communication was given at every step of the way, from logistics and travel to what my fan motor assembly looked like as it came out of the attic. I definitely would have them back; their work was exactly as described. The dryer line was our largest concern, and rightly so - Steve showed me the lint pile that had come out of the line. We would highly recommend DiamondAir! Our newly purchased 26 year home was in need of clean and disfected vents to remove the musty smell and results of a remodel. They cleaned all the HVAC vents in our home. We had another unnamed vendor come and quote more than double the price! DiamondAir was prompt, professional and courteous. Steve and Mark arrived on time, put on booties over their shoes, covered carefully with plastic tarps all the surrounding areas around each vent in order to protect our home. We appreciate their attention to detail. Steve did say the vents were not terribly dirty, but, they did have dust and sawdust from a previous remodel. Steve even helped with one vent that need some chalking to align it in place. We would definitely use them again. We now have a clean, great smelling house due to cleaned vents!! If there is 6 stars rating, I will definitely give it to this Diamond Air Service company, especially giving my six stars to the technician Bobby, and the person in charge in the office Anthony. Last December, I called this company for Air Duct cleaning, the crews were prompt and efficient. Later this year, I have an old Hvac/Ac that the heater doesn't work, the AC is not cool enough. So Bobby came over to diagnosis, and he suggested to repair first instead of replacing it even though it is an old system. Their policy is if the repair doesn't work out in the future, they will use the money that I had spent on repairing toward the future's replacing cost which is very reasonable and thoughtful policy.
