New age air is honestly the best. Our ac went out on our house over night and I called them in the morning. Jesse was quick to get us in and make sure we can get our air working. Leo our technician was awesome! He knew exactly what the problem was and got it fixed quickly. The price was great. There was a part that was working technically but would eventually fail sooner then later. He pointed it out. Told me the honest truth and we decided to change it out well he was here. The price was better then others around and the work was great. He was on time and their whole tracking system is what I think is the best because you know exactly what time they will arrive. Super professional. They send you a picture of who the tech will be so you know who's coming to your house which I think is excellent. I'd highly recommend New Age Air. read more

I had a simple rerouting of sediment trap for sale of house that needed to be performed. Brandon was quick with responses - offering servicing my house at a reasonable price. Tech Daniel made quick work of the project. Very friendly and professional. Job was completed as expected. I highly recommend going with New Age Air for future HVAC services! After 30 years of non energy efficiency but faithful service, we changed out our HVAC. Decided to be proactive before old system taps out in mid summer Saw the quality of work by New Air at work and went with them. It was an all day job and they were meticulous. These new high efficiency units need professional installation. Every consumer report said "if installed properly" the units can last 20 years. I'm excited and confident about our system read more

I cannot thank these guys enough! The city we live in has never updated AC/Heating appliances. We had a dead unit that was installed in 1987. Waking up in the winter to a house in the 50°'s was horrendous, along with a summer waking up in a house 85°+. These guys came in and gave us a whole new unit, relocated it in our home in order to have more space, and got it done in a timely manner. Not to mention making sure our vents and filters were the best of the best to make sure our family was breathing in the cleanest air possible in here. As a mama with a toddler this was a MUST. Great physical service! Great customer service via updates and locations (never had to guess when our guys would be here) Not to mention *GOT HERE ON TIME, EVERY TIME***. None of those "sorry running behind, give us another house or so" type response from typical companies. And and and, CLEAN! Left not one mess or crumb. I have a 2yr old toddler who gets into stuff, grabs stuff, puts stuff in her mouth, etc. but these guys vacuumed up after themselves, always used shoe covers when walking on our floors, and even kept there own sheets down on the ground, in the path from job to front door, so they never once made a foot print elsewhere. THEY EVEN WIPED DOWN THE FLOORS AFTER TAKING THE STUFF OUT!! Insanely impressed. Now I'm a happy camper, in a comfy home, not dreading the hot or cold fluctuating weather outside. I can control my home temperature from an app on my phone and not worry about settings changing. Thank you to the whole team, start to finish. Branden, Lake, Alex, Naphi, allll MVP's in my family's home. Thanks New Age!!!! read more

New Age Air swapped out my 35 year old furnace and AC unit for a new heat pump and AC. Every step of the process, from the initial visit to assess my unit, outlining options, providing a quote, establishing the installation date and time, and completing the work, was a pleasant and professional experience. And the cost was reasonable. Navid, Mike, and Daniel are excellent. Each was patient, answered my questions, and communicated expertly to keep me informed throughout the transaction. I endorse New Age Air wholeheartedly! read more

Huge shout out to New Age Air for coming out and fixing our a/c. Very professional, reliable and honest company. Our a/c went out in the middle of summer while we had a newborn and Naphi came out same day and got it fixed for us. Branden is trustworthy and knowledgeable about his business. We will absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to all family and friends! read more

I had lost the web connection on my cooling/heating system due to a WiFi glitch and needed help -- in the middle of the biggest heatwave of the season. Not to worry--Technician extraordinaire James C. was dispatched to my home and solved the thorny tech issue on my phone's Nest app as well as cleaning my air filters. After five-plus years with the company, I'm a big Next Air fan, plain and simple. Thanks, guys! read more

This is a very professional company. Our initial visit by Mike was educational. Then on the day of install Daniel and the team were very prompt and courteous. There were some challenges due to wiring and the age of our home, however, the team overcame every challenge. The last wiring challenge was discovered and fixed by Luke. Right now I am sitting in a lovely cool home. They replaced everything for our home to be cool in summer and warm in winter and the new equipment is so much quieter. The value for their professional service and price was extremely satisfying. read more

The screening starts from the time you get replies from contractors because they all require upfront fee of around $100 whether you employ or not. I narrowed it down to 3 contractors all with 4-5 star reviews from Yelp. I do have knowledge of HVAC systems, one of them quoted me a ridiculously high cost and lied about the cost and unavailability of the freon in my system, they later reduce the price by $500 the other pretty much the same. Austin from New Age Air immediately started uncovering the unit to access the digital readout located inside the compressor and hooked up his gauges and started explaining in technical terms the reason for the issues with my unit. He offered 3 options of different price ranges to repair it plus the Pros and Cons. I went for option2 and I feel confident that I choose the right company, sometimes that is all that matters. read more

I wish I could give 10 stars to New Age Air, and especially to one of their technicians named Daniel. Daniel came to my house to examine why my air-conditioning was putting out warm air. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong and even showed me the part needed to fix it. He got my AC running on one of the hottest days of the year and I am very thankful for that. New Age Air is an honest and reliable company, and their fees are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again! read more

New Age Air sent a technician the same day. Daniel, the tech, was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with my AC in a way a little kid would understand. He was a no BS kinda guy. New Age Air is just awesome! Our a/c and heater/pump went out finally and has been giving us trouble this summer. Branden did an excellent job on informing us about which units would be the best for our home. After we decided, he fit us into the schedule quick! The techs got here promptly and early in the morning, working hard through the day! You can tell they love their job. They were very thorough! They were very clean throughout the process as well. Big shout out to New Age Air for coming out just in time to beat this heat! I've heard great things so when our AC wasn't working, I knew exactly who to call. Being first time owners and having bad experiences in the past with other projects, this was one appointment I wasn't anxious about. Before your appointment, you receive a text with the name of the person who's coming in, their picture and a little background, which I thought was a nice touch! James came in and was super helpful! Identified the problem right away and got to work. Thanks again guys! read more

This is my second time using New Age Air and working with Branden and his team. My AC died a few weeks ago and I had to replace the entire system. It was a stressful time getting hit with unexpected expense like that. However, Branden walked me through the whole process and gave me all my options in a way that I could understand and really eased my mind about the whole thing. At no point did I ever feel like he was trying to push me into spending more money or sell me on anything. And when James and his team came out to do the work, they were very respectful and professional. I felt comfortable with them in my home even when I wasn't always present. They also did new ducting in my house which really helped increase the airflow to my kids rooms which have always been hot in the summer time. I didn't realize it, but that is actually one of their specialties. They finished the job in 3 days and didn't leave a mess of any kind. Everything works perfectly. I would 100% recommend them for anyone needing to replace their AC or ductwork. read more

First of, I wanted to mention that this review was purposely left several weeks after installation so I could test the new HVAC and AC Condenser. New Age Air was originally recommended to me by a friend and it was an excellent recommendation. The entire process from start to end was easy, quick, professional, and detailed. As some of the other reviews have mentioned, they won't be the best when it comes to pricing. However, you'll get expert installation and customer service. Frankly, if I'm spending that much money on a new HVAC unit and AC Condenser, I'd want to make sure it's done right. I have nothing but high praise for Brandon and his team. I'd absolutely recommend Sam from sales along with James and Richie for the installation! read more

Called these guys in a pinch when another company wanted to charge my grandmother $21,000 for a new air conditioner. Her system was 10 years old and the warranty had just expired. Imagine that. I knew I needed a second option for her so I got on yelp and did some searching. I talked to Branden who was quick to respond and very friendly. They got out there less than 24 hours later, fixed a small leak and checked the entire system. No problems at all, clean bill of health. As upset as I was at the other company, I'm grateful for Branden and crew for being honest and quick in helping out. Couldn't recommend them enough if you need some work! read more

I live in uptown Whittier & on July 10th James actually told me his truck broke down and they'd get me a new appointment for today (day I'm writing this review) July 25th and when he did get here - he totally handled business quickly. It turns out the central air of the townhouse I lease had a bad relay downstairs and blew a fuse upstairs in the attic. I would have never known no matter how much time I spent on the internet looking for a fix. The repair all in all was completed under an hour. He even took the time to educate me on central air and how I should run my system. Thank you James for saving my little birthday / house warming party, really appreciate it dude. I'll definitely be hitting up this company to do an install on my parents' house also in Whittier in the near future. read more

I am a current resident at the Aspens Apartments in Riverside. I notified management that I was having problems with my air conditioning making a "thunderous" noise once the unit was engaged. The Aspens contacted New Age Air via a work order. Daniel from New Age came out to diagnose the problem. He tested the unit and indicated that the "Return Filter Grille" was undersized and it needed to be replaced. I was extremely pleased with his immediate follow-up. Daniel, I am happy to report, is "consistently" conscientious, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I can certainly see why the Aspens calls upon the expertise of this particular vendor and its team of remarkable employees. My air conditioning unit, I am pleased to announce, is now "noiseless" and is functioning as designed. Thank you, Daniel! I am most appreciative that you took the extra time to apply the caulking. Amazing service and honest business practices and competitive pricing! I scheduled a service with New Age Air because my unit was having a hard time keeping up with the heat wave. Of course, they were extremely busy, but they still fit me in. My unit is old (1997), and was inspected thoroughly. Branden could have recommended very expensive fixes and I probably would have believed him. He didn't, though. He said the unit was running fine for its age. He recommended the most efficient way to use my AC to get the most cooling power from it, and that was that! read more

Wish there was a rating above 5 stars! James, Christian and the rest of the New Age team could not have done a better job. The entire experience, from the estimate through job completion was absolutely seamless. The recommended new Daikin equipment is working perfectly and we have experienced a noticeable difference already versus our much older, louder and way less energy efficient unit. The crew showed up on time all three days as promised. The were so careful about protecting flooring and walls, they were meticulous about clean-up each day and exceeded our expectations throughout the job. If you are contemplating having any of your HVAC needs tended to, do not look elsewhere! Last June 2019 My AC stopped blowing cold air. I called New Age, they came out the next day (business day) and were here for about 45 minutes. They said I had no freon, therefore a leak. This made sense since there is a hissing noise when it shuts off, which is a symptom. They came the next day to check for the leak and didn't find it, but injected sealant saying if the leak is small, it should plug the leak. Of course I also needed freon. He gave me a labor price only. They were in my attic twice at this point. both times I asked them to check the duct to one of the bedroom, I think the adjustment flap was loose as that room wasn't getting air. They forgot. Both times. So they came out a third day, fixed the flap (literally here for 10 mins, it took longer to get the ladder and go up there). it's a flap, you twist a knob and it alters the flow in the duct. Easy. I can do this, but since I paid them, I hate going in the attic and they forgot. I got a bill for the 3rd visit. I disputed it, because 1) I already asked for this 5 min thing while there were up there two separate times and 2) if I had known he was going to bill me for an hour service for this, I'd have done it myself. The other gripe. My unit is rattling and the attic unit is still making the hiss noise. I start doing research. I found out, the refrigerant is $4 a lb. I expect a markup, fine. But he billed me $55/lb. Seriously? I already paid $400 in labor for for about 2 hours of them actually being here, fine. I don't mind paying for experts. He didn't warn me it would be another $440. That's unacceptable and unprofessional. I will have someone out to test for leaks since the hissing is still there, and louder, but the unit does blow cold. I wouldn't recommend them. The techs didn't listen to me, way over charged me in the guise of "cost of goods", and tried to charge me for their own forgetfulness. Nor did they communicate the costs prior to executing the 3rd day visit, and the freon. EDIT: I cannot respond to the vendors post directly on here so posting and update. I was not complaining about the work performed. You corrected the third visit invoice, but it is noted that after several asks, the dampener request was ignored. Product markup is normal. This markup is excessive. Your license, insurance, experience, etc are rolled into your hourly labor rate. It's why professionals are expensive and I am happy to pay for good work from someone who has earned experience and has proper licensing. This goes into labor. COGS markups should include exactly that. Product cost plus some reasonable markup. Shipping. Taxes. But over 1000% markup is just taking advantage of a customers ignorance in your area of expertise. This is my complaint. Since you brought it up, something I didn't even complain about, your men were here the second day for 2 -2.5 hours. They left for a couple of hours while the system was charging. I know this, because I had to take a day off work to meet you there, and hadn't planned on the time it took. Which was fine. It takes as long as it takes. You make it sound like some courtesy to me that you didn't bill me for a period of time when there was nothing to be done except wait. read more

Richie was able to come help fix our heater, which kept turning off randomly. He ended up having to come twice just to finally catch it, and then came three more times because it was so hard to decifer what was actually the problem. He was amazing and stayed until everything was completed. He cleaned up after, was super polite, remembered to wear shoe covers, and always text us when he was on the way. My HVAC unit gave out back in December of 2019, during the rainy season. I had no heat, and my home felt like a freezer. My family and I got tired of layering up and dragging blankets all over the house. So I tried contacting a few companies to come by and look at the unit. Some of these companies never showed up or called, and others kept rescheduling on me. By this time, I was fed up, and luckily my sister told me about New Age Air. I gave them a call, left a message, and received a callback from Branden. I have to admit. I was impressed by his professionalism. We set up a date and time that worked out for me because of my work schedule. James arrived on the day of the appointment, and he was ON TIME (thumbs up). After doing his job, James went over the issues he found and gave us a few options. So my husband and I decided it was time for Old Betsy to retire. Branden later reached out to us, explained the whole process, set up a date and time to get Old Betsy out. I thought it was going to be a week-long process, but it was done in one day and didn't take them long to replace the unit. Now I have air and heat again! I HIGHLY recommend you give New Age Air a call for any issues or just maintenance with your air conditioning or heating units. PLUS, they are licensed! Don't make a mistake I almost made and go with someone who is not licensed (No Bueno). I have already recommended New Age Air to family, friends, coworkers, and now YOU! read more
