I actually reached out to a few air conditioning companies in the corona area before R/C and found out that some companies don't offer maintenance for mini split system's. R/C was able to help me with a reasonable quote for the cleaning of the outside condenser unit for our mini split system! I had originally gotten quoted by the company who installed the system themselves and they quoted me almost 4x the amount that R/C was quoting for a deep clean! Amber was great over the phone and I was even able to email over some pictures to help with determining how extensive of a deep clean would be needed! On time friendly trustworthy family owned business. I reached out because my air-conditioning was broken. They walked me through three different quotes (good better and best). I took about a month to decide. They showed up less than a week later on 103° days. I've never seen a crew work so hard. The attic was hot, outside was hot and they continued working the first day they were on site for a little over 10 hours. The second day they spent about seven or eight hours and I got an entire system replaced. They were super friendly. They laid drop cloth down. They made sure to clean up all of the trash, they walked me through how to download the new app and how to operate it. They stuck around for a few minutes to answer any questions that we had. I will definitely be getting on a plan so they come out every six months for maintenance. I highly recommend this company. read more

100% the best experience I've had with an HVAC company or maybe a contractor in general. I had been dealing with horrible and unprofessional contractors sent by First American Home Warranty, so I decided to hire my own company, and the difference was night and day. From the beginning, I spoke with Anthony, who I believe is a manager or scheduler. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the issues I was having with the furnace. He was patient and explained the different parts of the furnace in a way that made sense, instead of it all sounding like a foreign language. He was also very responsive and text-friendly. On top of that, he gave me advice to contact my warranty company and get written confirmation of what they would and would not cover regarding costs. He didn't have to do that, but he made it clear he didn't want me spending money unnecessarily. The technician they sent was equally great. His name was Andrew, and he was on time and communicative throughout the entire process. I was at work, and he provided constant updates and photos. He went above and beyond with the service and even swept up the garage before leaving. All in all, I would absolutely recommend going with these guys. I know we're all trying to save a buck here and there, but you truly get what you pay for. These guys are top of the line. I normally don't like to write not 5 star reviews. But I'm pretty disappointed. Reached out on Yelp - responded quick and well. Set the appt up 10-2 said they would text when in route. They did not text the tech showed up. Spent less than 5 minutes looking at the unit. Took longer to take the payment - $75 said unit frozen will come back Monday to look at it and see what's wrong! Literally 5 minutes or less. Said he would take pictures of the unit and send to us. Still have not gotten those pictures. Waste of my time and money. Update 8pm I had another licensed company come out he checked it for about 20 minutes and found the problem. Worked on it and my AC is working fine and cooked quickly! He charged $80 flat. So glad I called another company. That was honest and spent more than 5 minutes at my house. (11am) I hate to write 1 star reviews but I hope you do better! read more

Today Mr Andrew came over to service our A/C unit. We asked for a tune-up to ensure we would have adequate cooling during the heat. Our unit was blowing but not very well and we could tell it was working harder than it needed to. Something was not quite right. My husband called RC air conditioning and was able to get an appt fairly quickly . Mr Andrew was on time, kind and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and happy to explain things to my husband. He found our problem: a leak that drained our refrigerant. He fixed the leak and supplied more refrigerant and left us with a cool home. Based upon a great recommendation our friends gave us, We contracted with RC Air to replace our furnace. Mark came out to inspect the heating system prior to quoting us. He provided a good-better-best scenario. Once we agreed on the unit to be installed, Mark and his team came out to install the unit one week later in less than half a day! The heating system including the ductwork and vents were thoroughly tested by Mark - thank God he did that as he found hot spot in a wall which was a result of a duct coming apart. Had an issue with my Nest. It said it was getting no power, so I called RC Air about 11:00 AM . They squeezed me in at four the same day when I requested it. Paul came out, explained everything as he went through it and also after it was over for a very fair price. I have a very old system, and I asked for a quote for a whole new AC/Heating unit. He gave me a very good quote and did not push it even though my system is very old. Although I'm going to keep my old unit since it still works, I will be using them when I need a new one. Our AC started to underperform and we were noticing that our AC was staying on for much longer than it did in the previous summer. After putting my feelers out there RC responded first and over yelp which made things much easier for me. To be honest, because they responded quickly, on a Sunday, and for caring to have the conversation over yelp, I felt like the accommodated me versus me having to call around. When our AC tech Brittany came, Brittany took time to tell me the game plan and then show me the tools used to diagnose the issue.
