I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day very quickly. My only issue was that the tech didn't make show up during the time scheduled. However, I'm assuming it was probably very busy out there and trying to accommodate everyone's schedule during a heat wave can be challenging. My compressor shorted and blew. I called a dozen or so HVAC contractors in my area and ultimately decided on Infinite Air Solutions. When I asked for a quote over the phone they were concise and didn't try to upcharge me on anything. They sent me a proposal and after I reviewed and accepted it they were able to schedule me within a couple of days. On the day of the repair I was originally scheduled for 1pm but got a courtesy call that morning that the technician was on their way for 9:30. Luckily I was home that day so didn't mind the move up in schedule. Two technicians showed up; Caesar and another I didn't get his name. They did all their checks like evacuating the lines before removing the old compressor. Caesar gave me updates throughout the repair and within 4 hours or so the job was complete. They recharged the unit with refrigerant and had me fire up the a/c, which worked just like new. They cleaned up after themselves and left no trace behind which is much appreciated. Overall I had a great experience with Infinite Air Solutions. Their pricing is fair and I will definitely use them for future servicing. read more

The weirdest thing happened. The technician showed up at my house. He did his evaluation. We discussed solutions to my problems and told me he could address those problems today. He left at 10:30am and said he would go get the the equipment needed to perform the tests. He said he would return at 11:30. At 11:24 l received a call from an unknown number. I was busy and didn't answer it. At 12:30, 1pm l was going to call the company to find out what occurred. I listened to the 11:24 message and it stated that this call was in reference to recent house call and that they would not be able to continue the service at my address and suggested that l contact another HVAC company. They suggested that l could call them to get references for other companies. Strange, odd and perplexing. I waited 2.5 hours wondering but not knowing that l had gotten a response earlier. read more
