Jimmy is a professional, a man of God, a pererson with integrity, and a humble heart. Quickly did he offer to make things right and I gladly gave him the opportunity. He checked my file and clarified the financing wonky loan statement by the finance company. Everything was cleared after I spoke with the goofy finance company. Then last year it was a major repair, even though everything was working fine, they said the blower was about to go, I trusted them. So I replaced the blower. This week I got my annual tune-up, the A/C was working perfectly. The technician, Cris, gave me a list of problems, and the fixes would range in price from $800 to 2900 for the best! Well I wanted to wait on that. He said he was going to clean the unit (he did not) and he left. I decided to get a second opinion. Guess what, I showed the list of "problems" to the technician and he went one by one and showed me the readings on his meter and every single one was perfectly within range of the manufacturer recommendation. There is NOTHING wrong with my A/C. METZ oversells, the technicians are on commission which is fine but should be more honest about it. Again my fault for trusting them for so long but NEVER again. The new company technician, commented that my A/C needed to be cleaned on the inside so he took it upon himself and gave it a nice cleaning which Cris supposedly did.

When I needed to replace my filters, they were the only company that identified that my original installation was incorrect. They were honest and, after reviewing the system, absolutely right. Their team is friendly, helpful, and communicative every step of the way. The plumber, Javier Rodriguez, was especially impressive--very confident, knowledgeable, and personable. He even put booties over his shoes without me having to ask, which I really appreciated. He knew exactly how to install the missing piece and took the time to troubleshoot additional issues after the installation and filter replacement, including pressurizing the tank. What stood out most was that he didn't rush--he made sure everything was working properly before leaving and walked me through the steps so I can handle the next filter replacement myself.
