We've had an ongoing issue of inconsistent cooling and heating, and the blower not always shutting down. The problem was diagnosed as a short in the system, and it was sourced at the AC condenser. Our decrepit system finally received it's first tune up in over a decade. It obviously appeared to have received a handyman special sometime in the distant past. After removing burnt wiring and electrical tape, Jason went ahead and replaced a string of daisy-chained capacitors with a single unit, and a worn relay. My installation required a crane to get the unit on top of my house and The Purple Crane was in and out quickly. The crane didn't disrupt my neighbors or even the trash service that morning.
