WOW !!! You guys should up on the agreed time and extremely professional. A little history, I change the thermostat myself and my ac stop blowing cold air. I contact a major company that's now closing their stores . The install the unit 10 years ago. They came out and said I needed a New System $6900 really. Their tech said re don't repair these anymore. Really. I was not ready to hear that or replace my unit. From searching on Yelp and Home advisor we decided to request quotes from multiple businesses. Will contacted me within minutes of requesting a quote through yelp. He responded with a much more reasonable quote than all the other competitors. We decided to go with Express Heating & Cooling to replace our inefficient 20 yr old AC condenser and 40 yr old furnace. He worked me into his schedule and was very friendly and flexible. I'd called thinking I was going to have a hefty bill, but turned out the filter just needed to be cleaned and vents opened. Our 27-year-old heater stopped working in our home in Big Bear Lake and it needed to be replaced.
