If you have good credit, his financing options are excellent, and not over the moon expensive. Right now I was able to get 6.99% financing on a full system, my monthly is very reasonable. He was able to give me a full replacement at a price that kept me from having a panic attack. The owner himself came. Ibrahim was procession, responsive, but what sold me was his price transparency, and clear knowledge about the industry. Don't go cheap when you're trying to get something important like a furnace repaired. I didn't go with the lowest quote. Because the guys with the low quotes tend to charge more when they get there. Or upsell you. Ibrahim was on time, professional, thorough, and stayed to make sure everything worked, checked for safety, and double checked for ventilation, and carbon monoxide. We had this company come out yesterday to install a new heating and air conditioning unit. We are very pleased with all aspects of the installation. We picked them because they were the only company out of 4 who inspected all of our ductwork during the estimate and their price was extremely reasonable. the installation team was extremely professional and efficient. Amazing service! I originally hired Superioer Air to come service the AC unit at my home. It was during the summer and extremly hot. I called Superior Air because the AC company that I used said they could schedule me for service but it would be about 2 weeks. The phone was answered when I called, and they were very professional. I was told that they were very busy, but would be there that day. they called me back and the owner himself came out to service the AC. They asked me a couple of questions about the troubles I was having with the unit, they asked for the make and model of the unit. When the owner showed up, he took a look at the unit and based on my description of the issues I had told him, he diagnose the problem and had already picked up parts that he thought he would need. He had it up and running in less than 45 min. He gave me the invoice, and the pricing was more than fair. I am the property manager for a few large apartment complex's. I needed service on a couple of units and decide to call Superior Air & Heating again. Again, I received the same service that I had received before. They called me back with in 5 min. scheduled same day service for two units at two different locations, completed the service on both units without needing to leave and go pick up parts, and all for a very reasonable price. I am glad to see that there are still some good, honest, hard working people out there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Superior Air and Heating for all your HVAC needs.
