After reading the other recent reviews, I chose Beach N Air to service my 82yo mother's broken AC. I live hours away so I had to coordinate the appointment time with my mother's caregiver and the Beach N Air scheduler was understanding and supportive. The technician arrived at the specified time to find the blower capacitor blown so the system had iced up and was blowing warm air. This was during daytime temps around 100 deg F. He secured the system, then returned to do the repair after some of the ice melted and then came back the next day to fully function the system after the ice was completely melted. I just got the bill today and it was completely reasonable for the work that was done. They did not try to take advantage of the situation (unlike the plumber that came last month). They were professional, personable, and got the job done. They will be the ones I call the next time I need help. read more

Beach N Air arrived on time and professionally diagnosed my AC issue. Their team was knowledgeable, quickly identified the root cause, and provided timely guidance and a solution--something two other technicians were unable to do. I was very impressed! read more

First off the technicians were super nice, friendly, and professional. My concern is the process that ended up costing me more in the long run confirmed by 3 other companies. I had a leak in my unit, they ran a sniff test to see if they could find it, they could not. They then recharged my unit. It was down almost 7lbs of Freon. I then asked hey wouldn't it make sense to run that test now that the system is charged? Their response no we normally just come back in a month and check again free of charge. But if i just paid over $1000 for Freon because the unit lost it your just going to call it a day and come back in a month to check again? They responded yes that's how their company works. Well that's terrible. That cost me another $500 in Freon two days later when a different company came out because it lost Freon again ( no surprise). The new company was able to recharge the unit, then run the test and find the exact leak. Beach air had me talking about they can't find the leak they will come out for a nitrogen test next and it will be even more. Super nice people. Their lack of knowledge cost me even more in the long run. What's sad is i even questioned it knowing a little about AC units and were told no. That's just how their company works. Nice people, would not recommend to work on your ac. read more

These guys were extremely knowledgeable, professional and competent. Our old air conditioner had died after several revival attempts. We called Beach N Air. They gave us a quote -no upselling. When they came today they got to work installing a whole new system and made sure every component worked. They were excellent. read more

Our A/C was not working right. It kept shutting off. Christian came out the next day. He was very professional, personable and efficient. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem. He put in a new modern thermostat and a higher powered blower. He also changed our filter. It's working fantastic now. All done for an unbelievably good price. We will always call Beach N Air with all our heating and air conditioning needs. We highly recommend! read more

Our A/C went out yesterday evening. Today we called Beach and Air to make an appointment to see about repairs. Brian came out within the hour and replaced the contactor and voila, we had A/C!! Very good service at a reasonable rate. We just purchased the home and wanted to have the heating and A/C checked and serviced. Christian Beach was the technician. He showed up on time, was professional, pleasant and he did a good job. He cleaned up well and tested everything including replacing the filter. Good HVAC company, I would recommend them. read more

We Had Beach N Air conditioning & Heating install our new Daikin Inverter h/vac system in our home. We love it! The most consistent air flow I've ever experienced. Much better than the traditional h/vac systems. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them, if I could I would have given them 10 stars. read more

We had a Beach and air tech come out to check out our 5 year old Lowe's Lennox HVAC unit and replace air filter. The young man did not turn on the unit and told us we had the wrong unit installed and Solera homes needed a 96% unit and not 86% for air flow issues and it should NOT be used till replaced for approx $9,000 costs. Since only 5 years old, we decided to go for a second opinion from another company who had good YELP reviews who said our unit in good shape, did not need to be replaced, and down the line, when replaced, should go for the 96% unit. The second company also suggested if we still had concerns could call gas company to make a house call to verify. Just an FYI that always a good idea to seek more than one opinion even if it costs. Beach and Air was a $125 service call and All Family charge was $78 service call. We will stay with our current unit which is still under warranty from Lowe's. read more

Christian Beach showed up on sorry notice during a heat wave to assist an elderly couple who's ac unit unexpectedly went down. Christian wore a mask and did a tremendous job! He was courteous, patient, detailed and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My parents were so impressed by him that they took out a service contract that was very reasonably priced to make certain that their unit remains in great working order in the future. We world recommended this business to all of our friends and family! Thank you. My mom says that he was awesome! read more

So happy that I called this company. Bonnie helped me on the phone and got Brian out to my house super quick. For a minimal charge he got my heat back on and I have a plan to fully repair it coming up that I can afford. Honest company!! read more

I would not recommend Beach N Air. I had a problem with my gas fireplace 3 times. The same problems every time and Beach N Air came out to fix it. It worked for a week when Started doing the same thing coming on and cutting off. I called BNA and was told they where not servicing fireplaces but the would put me on a list. BNA came out and the same thing happened. On their last visit my fireplace worked before they came, but it still went out and then back on. When their technician left it would not even come on. I have called them several times and each time I was told the same thing "We're not serving fireplace at this time". I'm not going to be put on a list and wait until they decide to service fireplaces. There are far better Heating and Air businesses out there. So buyer beware. read more

Our AC stopped working and our unit is not that old and BeachAir was able to come out the same day to service our unit. Brian was our tech and he did a great job troubleshooting the problem as it turned out to be a faulty wire that he was able to repair right away. He was very safe the way he handled things being "Covid" compliant and I would recommend this company for your AC & Heating needs. read more

We have used them for heating issues over the years, and they do not disappoint. read more

A/C went out on a 100 degree day. Austin and his partner came out, assessed the issue and fixed it within about an hour. They were very efficient and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend their services. read more

This local business and staff are well above standard. They are responsive, have integrity, and follow through with the work promised. Whether the issue is HVAC- related or you need your drying vent cleaned, Beach N Air should be your first call because they are mine. I will end with this, their rates are fair and competitive. I have not found an equal business that provides the same level of service for the price. Please support local businesses and make Beach N Air your first call. read more

Heater wasn't working and it's been 40 degrees & below. Beach n air was able to come same day and diagnose the problem. Fixed with in an hour and didn't over charge. Very honest friendly and professional. I highly recommend! Family owned & operated is a plus read more

I made a service appointment on June 9 2017 for my day off on June 23, 2017. I needed my AC serviced due to cooling problems. Beach N Air confirmed appointment, should be good right? Wrong! They called me on June 22 to cancel my appointment, because they had to much work. No offer of a new appointment, didn't care about the impacts to me as a potential customer and left me to fend for myself. At a time where customer service should be top priority, this contractor couldn't care less. I do not recommend this contractor nor will I ever use them again! read more

My wife called them in July to fix the A/C when I was stuck at work. Fast forward to November, and it got too cold for the wife, so we turned on the heater. Nothing. I checked what I could, and realized the gas valve and blower weren't getting power. I called them back out. The worker said he was the same that came out for the A/C. He looked for a few minutes, then said he connected a wire incorrectly when he fixed my A/C in July. After he connected it properly, boom, heater was good to go. He could have bilked me for parts, or charged me the service charge, but that visit was free of charge. Any business that shows integrity to admit their mistake and not bill me for it will always get my business and my recommendation. read more

Our air conditioning failed on one of the hottest weekends of the year. He showed up as promised, and fixed the motor and capacitor in our unit. He was working on equipment that must have been scorching in the heat (outside temp was 109 deg F) and did it with professionalism and class. Terrific experience, and couldn't be more pleased with their service. Way to go Brian. read more

I was really trying to work with this company. I needed a new a/c unit (3ton). I signed up for their maintenance program and told them I needed a quote on a new AC unit. They were unavailable 3 consecutive weeks just to check my unit! After hearing..... "the end of this week or beginning of next week", it became laughable. I spent 5K with another company and am glad I did. So now I'm trying to get my refund of a mere $150 now for over two weeks. They can not even get my address right. If you want frustration in your life..use Beach n air read more

Great service by Christian! My AC went out the fan had cut the wires somehow. I called beach n air and they sent a guy out to me right away he was very nice and worked hard in the heat to repair the unit. They are very reasonable priced as well. Thanks guys read more

Called for an appointment on one of the hottest days of the year and got same day service. Our A/C was blowing cool, but not cold air and we were afraid it was going out. Technician did diagnostics and spent an hour working on the unit but could not find anything wrong. It was then that it dawned on me that we had signed up for Edison's summer discount program and Edison was cycling our A/C on and off. Duhh!! We were pleasantly surprised when our technician said he would not charge us for a service call because he didn't actually make any repairs to our unit. Talk about building good rapport with customers!! We would use them again in a heartbeat. read more
