I had a lot of questions--even while he was working in the attic and I was halfway up the ladder asking him things --and he took the time to answer every single one and explain what he was doing. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure or attempt to upsell me on anything I didn't need. He was straightforward, professional, and genuinely helpful. The company was responsive, and the price was very reasonable compared to other HVAC services in the area. It's refreshing to have someone come out, do good work, answer your questions, and not make you feel like they're trying to sell you something. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

He thoroughly explained, in easy-to-understand terms, what was wrong with our system and the options available to fix it. After considering the possibility of repeated repairs down the road, we decided it made more sense to replace the entire system rather than continue replacing individual parts. Briana was also very helpful in guiding us through financing such a major expense. She sent over the terms of our agreement and paperwork via e-signature and explained on what to expect since we were financing. She assured us we were not going to be charged until after the job was officially completed. On installation day, Mike and Andrew arrived and worked hard throughout the entire day. The overall price was fair, including the additional crane cost needed to place the unit on the roof. During the installation, they discovered that one of the parts (sensor) was not working properly. Mike assured us that he would not leave until the AC was functioning--and he kept his word. What stood out most was Mike's patience and kindness. Even when our kids came by and interrupted him with questions or small talk while he was working, he was genuinely pleasant, patient, and respectful with them. Mike even educated us about the system should it have an issue or leak and what to look out for. That meant a lot to us as a family. Mike returned the following day to recheck the system and replace the malfunctioning part. We truly appreciate the team's thoroughness, professionalism, kindness, and hard work. We are very grateful for the excellent service from Chris, Briana, Andrew, and Mike at HVAC and Chill.

Active Temp showed up, got straight to work, and finally got my AC running the way it should. Honestly, it's running better than ever. Jimmy was extremely professional, clean, efficient, and got the job done quickly. They also had a newer employee with them who was very knowledgeable, smart, and clearly knew what he was doing. It's hard to find a company these days that is dependable, knowledgeable, and actually takes pride in their work. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, which gave me even more confidence in the company and the way they run their business. After dealing with several other companies, I'm glad I finally found Active Temp. They will definitely be my go-to HVAC company from now on. Great service, great people, and most importantly--they got the job done right. Highly recommend! But most trusted the work that was performed.

It's nice and cold inside. His prices are reasonable. Thanks so much Active Temp and Terrance!

Michael and his crew provided expert, professional service from start to finish. The initial quote was direct, transparent, and completely upfront--no hassle at all. Michael stood by his quality workmanship and honored the exact amount discussed. Michael and his team also came back a couple weeks after installation to make some adjustments to balance the airflow more evenly and added an additional vent into the master bedroom as well.... I'm so thankful I went with them. Initially they said their schedule was full and couldn't service. I was so bummed. Luckily they had a last minute cancellation and they fit me in the next morning. There was a little miscommunication (mostly on my end) and just a simple conversation with him, it was fully taken care of. This is absolutely the company and person you want to work with to fix your heating and air needs. I hope they stay in business forever with this same quality so I could come to them when I need them. They provided a window time frame of when they'd arrive and they came in the beginning of that window. I love that. Didn't wait until the last 10 minutes to arrive and have me sit around the first few hours. Our AC wasn't blowing cool air so they helped change the capacitor and even suggested an outdoor condenser cleaning and took care of it all. No diagnostic fee to pay before coming out! Appreciate no upselling. No hidden fees. Not money hungry. Just an honest guy trying to help others and make a living. Best way to do business, in my opinion.
