Great honest service. I had a different company out originally and they were gonna charge me thousands of dollars for something that Raul was able to fix within minutes and less than $200 Repair. read more

I had a leak near my water meter, but of course, on my side of the property. Luckily, Jr. came by in the morning, assessed the issue, offered multiple solutions, and when I chose the option I wanted, he was able to fix the problem same day! I'm gonna enjoy my water bill being low again thanks to the leak he fixed. Plumbing is fun, but there are some jobs best left to professionals, and Drain Experts are one of the best around! read more

These guys are SO AMAZING. I just called them cuz I'm new to the area and my modular home has very low water pressure. My park manager said they couldn't help me so I reached out to the Drain Experts. They asked me a few questions and said they had a guy right in my area. I'm a truck driver and not home, but I have security cameras and with my acceptance he pulled up to my house within 20 minutes. He called me and said all is good. He found my pressure regulator and did the adjustment. Now instead of 28 psi. I'm perfect at 60psi. And said there was no charge. Immediately put their company info into my phone. I'm was very impressed with the dedication and the outstanding customer service. read more

We had a good experience with Raul and his guys. After having other contractors come out and try to fix or figure out our drain problem, Raul and his guys used their cameras, pressure washer, and experience to solve the mystery as to why our drains were not flowing more quickly. They had to dig and dig in the yard until they found the breaks and busted lines. I believe the pricing was fair - we had a lot of work and Raul even did us a few favors over the course of days they worked at our house. Raul was patient with explaining to me and then explaining a second time when my husband came home. read more

Great company.Top shelf in my book... I reached out to multiple companies for a price. These guys were quick to respond and come out and get an estimate with straight up answers. I should have went the extra step and videoed my sewer line it would have saved time and money but Once I approved of the work they put me on the calendar quicker than expected. They have been there to answer any questions and fix any issues before, during and after the installation of our new upstairs 3/4 bath. I highly recommend this company and I personally will not have to call any other plumber again as they have won any future business with me. Thank you to all the guys that came out. Just a few name that o remember and sorry to the ones I didn't catch. Aaron, Raul, JR, Chris and the new guy. read more

This company showed no respect whatsoever when repiping my place. I strongly recommend you watch them and make sure they do a good job. This is not what I expect from a professional company. I will have to pay for a company to clean up behind them and clean all my furniture because of the overspray of drywall and dust! Use someone else if possible (better safe yhan sorry) *Update- They did send someone out to quickly vacuum my apartment so they did something to try and remedy the original problem. So I will upgrade the one star to a 3 star. read more

Drain Experts - Plumbing Near Me - Colton, California

This has been the best plumbing experience that I've found ,they courteous, reliable ,honest and reasonable. I have had a washer backup into my kitchen sink and my garage for years. Time and time again I have had plumbers come out to look, snake once and tell me I only needed a few feet. I also have been told by other plumbers that I needed my cast iron pipes replaced because they were worn out and causing the problem. Another said they needed to jack hammer through my home. That's because neither could clear the drain. Thanks to yelp I found Raul and his draining expert . They cleared both lines and I can now wash without worrying that my kitchen would flood. I highly recommend them. And will definitely be calling them back for my next plumbing problem. read more

I normally do not place reviews on Yelp ,but the way my request was handled or not handled as the case maybe by Drain Experts (DE), I needed to let the facts speak for themselves. My client had a plugged up sewer line on a commercial business and needed it cleaned quickly. Clean outs in the restrooms and just outside the bldg. were readily accessible, the drain line length according to DE was 200 feet. Drain Experts was called into hydro jet the line, which they completed the work and charged my client $ 1,800, which when I heard the amount, it seemed high to me. So in recent weeks, I secured pricing for the same parameters of work from two local plumbing/rooter service companies in the $ 750 to $950 range. I will let the facts speak for themselves for the hydro jetting services by Drain Experts. Upon completion of the hydro jetting work, the tech stated the blockage would be back in 3 to 6 months if we do not fix the line. Drain Experts submitted a proposal in the amount of $ 6,500 for various repairs to the drain line and clean outs. Upon receipt and review of the proposal, I sent an detailed email back requesting an explanation to the proposal directly to Raul and we received no response. 11 days later after sending the first email, I sent a follow up email directly to Raul for an explanation of the proposal and still no response from Drain Experts was received. Now over 2 months later, we still have not received a response from Raul, the owner of Drain Experts. Subsequently after these events, I had my own maintenance team camera the full line and perform a thorough cleaning of the line. Interesting facts came to light in our camera review of the line. The total length of the line was overstated by 10% by DE. The tech stated the full cast iron line needed to be descaled. We discovered 20 feet out from the bldg., the sewer line changes to clay, there is no scale in clay pipe, again not an accurate scope of work by Drain Experts, as they over stated the necessary length of pipe to be descaled by 50%. I am completely done with Drain Experts, and again, I will let the facts as stated above to speak for themselves on the efforts or non efforts as the case maybe of Drain Experts. Drain Experts will not be on our select list of venders for our property management firm. read more

I called them for a second time and very responsive. Excellent same day service and pricing.

Very professional and reliable. I had a complex issue with my leach fields and they were the only ones that handled it in a very professional manner, giving me multiple options and their final recommendation. They were very responsive and on top of the project the entire time. I know you will enjoy your experience with them. read more

There are not enough words to Express our gratitude for this plumbing company. Our plumber, Paul and his partner, have been handling a sewer issue with our family side by side trying to help us save money and get to the root of the issue safely and effectively. Paul was always available to us for advice and never made us feel like a burden for an that we continued to struggled with. He came right out and worked side by side with us through every bump in the road we encountered and kept the price fair snd reassured us the whole way. I have never felt more comfortable with a plumber before. I will never use another plumber again. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Paul for all your help and patience with our family through this sewer rollercoaster! read more

While the technicians who came to the house were polite and knowledgeable, the company consistently charged extra for things that should have been included, according to other companies who looked at the job after Drain Experts canceled it without completing the job. The new company came in and fixed what was unfinished within a few minutes without charging me extra (Drain Experts were going to charge $250 to replace a part that just needed to have the reset button pressed), and were surprised that things that they would have included in the job (drain pan and replacing old valves/connecting hoses, especially with a $900 out of pocket fee) were denied by Drain Experts. If I could give 0 stars for their customer service, I would. read more

Plumbing issues are never fun to deal with. Especially when its over the weekend with bad weather conditions. I called several other plumbers who all needed several days before they could come fix the our plumbing issues. Raul was at my house within 2 hours of calling. They were hired by my management company to replace some pipes in my unit. From the way they left my unit you would of thought no one resided inside. They left debris and dust all over my table, chairs, carpet, couch, floors, stove, walls and everything that was else in the kitchen, dining and living area. After removing the drywall they left me with an exposed wall with old dirty broken metal brackets and exposed insulation that has been in the wall for God knows how long. A complete lack of respect for my things and personal space. read more

We recently had some serious septic tank issues and had been told it by All City Plumbing that it was going have to be completely rebuilt and because of our location and unique terrain, we were told it would be $40-$50k, which was complete nonsense. We then got smart and called DrainExperts.com. They investigated, diagnosed, and completely repaired our septic tank issues- which was root intrusion - within 3 days. Right from the start, they were confident and professional and we appreciated how straight forward they were in dealing with us right from the start. We loved their entire crew and would recommend them 100%. read more

We had a lot of work that needed to be done after another contractor ran out on my grandpa and leaving things an entire mess and plumbing not done correctly. Contacted Raul, who has previously done a roofing job for us (not him, a company he subcontracted to) to ask him if he could send someone out to take a look at my kitchen sink because it wouldn't drain and we'd tried snaking it, draino and more. Come to find out the piping that the idiot contractor has installed and that was encased in cement under out bottom room had not been done correctly (go figure). Time to go to work. It's an older house, built in the 40s, so it had a lot of problems anyways. Joseph, the lead technician on the job, was very professional, explained everything to us along the way, and him and the team got the entire job done in a weekend; which was amazing for everything we needed done throughout the entire house. They did not nickle and dime us, worked all day (EVEN ON A SUNDAY) and we couldn't be more satisfied! IVE NEVER SEEN A KITCHEN SINK DRAIN SO FAST!LOL. I am beyond happy with the work done to our house and would gladly recommend them to EVERYONE! Thank you! read more

Based on reviews, I called All City Plumbing first and had major problems working with the technician they had sent out. That is when I decided to call Drain Experts. Raul, Aaron and the rest of the team are true professionals. I had a major issue and Raul and his team identified the problem and fixed the issue. Raul was always easy to reach and answered all my questions (I had a lot). Raul broke down everything step by step and made it easy to understand the problem that we were having. I would highly recommend Drain Experts to anyone and I will be using them for any plumbing issues in the future. Thank you Drain Experts! read more

We had a problem with our kitchen sink at my parents house on the weekend. There was relatives coming over for a party Saturday afternoon and the sink was stopped up and would not drain. I could not find any plumbers to come out until Monday. Raul was the only guy to answer his phone and come out asap. He fixed the drain within the hour, made some suggestions for the plumbing under the sink, and had a reasonable rate. We were so happy. I think we were lucky to get him out at such short notice too! We will have him return to do the other repairs and install a new garbage disposal. Call Steel Plumbing, you will be happy you did! read more

From first contact until the job was completed this company won my confidence. The reviews I read on Yelp helped me decide to contact DrainExperts. The quote to do the work, yet not the least, was still reasonable. They arrived on time, were professional yet friendly and considerate of my time and money. They kept me informed of what was going on and what I might expect in the way of problems. They left the areas they worked on in as good or better condition as when they arrived. Steel Plumbing is very professional and respectful of your time and property. Not only have I used them for myself, but I have recommended them to several friends and clients. (I am an insurance agent) This particular repair was for a leaking pipe to my water heater. They also trade out your old water heater for tankless and can install water softener of filtration systems. read more

Drain Experts came as a referral from a friend of ours. I spoke with Raul and he is very professional. They came out and repaired our plumbing problem. They were on time and professional. There was only 2 issues which is why it's not a 5 Star review. Upon completion of installing to shower faucets we found both to have a slight drip. They should have checked for drips / leaks upon completion. This was minor and was fixed with some additional plumbers putty and teflon tape. The only issue of concern is the price of the repair is extremely expensive. A much higher cost than any other plumber we've used in the past for similar type work. That being said as long as you can afford them they do quality work and are very professional. read more

I had a leaky water heater hose, they came out to look at it right away and changed it out. They charged me $150 for a new hose and 10 minutes to install it. I'm glad I called the company back, they were very polite on the phone and listened to my complaint and assured me their pricing is competitive. Thank-you read more
