I had called this company because we were speaking via email. I just had some questions after receiving my first estimate from another company. The gentleman who receives the call is the Owner answered the phone because he stated he receives the overflow. He was so informative. When I say to you the best ever the best ever!!! He provided so much information about what could have been the issue. What was the issue? How to resolve the issue brands all type of plumbing stuff!!! The information he provided was so resourceful so great. Now they did come out and give me an estimate. I decided not to get the job done completely, not just from this company, but in general. The gentleman that responded to the call and the guy that came out to give the estimate they were very educational about Plumbing about toilets, I was just so in shocked.I would definitely do business with this company if I have other issues. Discussed potential future fixes for current minor concerns and for now, found a plastic piece in the pipes that could be what's been causing our ongoing issue. Also, just over time, these pipes got greasy from grease that can get down the sink from even just cleaning dirty plates. Our 1st and quickest option was a jet flow process. We did this and it did clean out the pipes and got that plastic piece out. We are continuing to monitor our situation and discussing future needs for the pipes anyways but per usual, Always Ready Plumbing and Drain was amazing. They arrived quickly, always super friendly, professional and efficient, and the pricing was still fair for what was needed this time as well. I continue to not be able to rave enough about them! She kindly placed me on their urgent service list and said she would keep me updated if an opening became available. Fortunately, they were able to fit me in that very evening. To my pleasant surprise, I received a personal call from Louie--the same technician who expertly diagnosed and repaired my HVAC heater back in December 2025 after another company had failed to identify the problem correctly. Even though it was after 5:00 p.m., Louie came out with a positive attitude, quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner, and had it running properly again in no time. I hired Henley's Plumbing & Air in September 2024 for what should have been a routine water-heater…read moreflush. During the service, the technician broke the factory drain-valve stem and the repair turned into exposed piping routed through a hole cut into the front cover of the unit. I began sending photos and requesting a proper resolution by November 2024. In December, I provided the model and serial information they requested. Gary, who I understand is the owner, also told me he would resolve the issue. However, I was repeatedly told the replacement parts, including the cover, were difficult to obtain. I specifically asked that the manufacturer be contacted, but the problem was never corrected. More than a year later, the water heater still has a hole in the front cover and an exposed drain assembly sticking out of it. I spent months following up by text and giving the company opportunities to make this right. The original mistake was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the lack of follow-through after the owner promised a resolution. Based on the unfinished repair and the amount of time this remained unresolved, I cannot recommend Henley's Plumbing & Air.
