Eric has been an incredible help...in the last two months, he's solved problems that I've been dealing with other electricians and handymen for years to no avail. He did a major job in my office (built in 1905), minor stuff in a rental property (built in 1898), major & minor in my home (built in 1917) and hooked up my Tesla charger (built in 2019) that another guy said couldn't be done. Amped is Knowledgeable, reasonable, and a lifesaver! read more

After a good start, things went south. We have hired another electrician to both complete substandard, damaged and faulty work and research adjacent circuits that no longer work. read more

Eric came on New Year's Day to fix a breaker that kept shutting off. He looked it over turned it on and it worked, I told him I was sorry for wasting his time. He didn't charge us! Wow. He has my business and in an old house I'm sure he'll hear from us again. Thank you Eric. read more

Great services it's nice to have techs that know what there doing this is the 2nd thing I used them

Eric, the owner of Amped, was communicative, punctual and responsive when we contacted him about a circuit breaker not turning back on. He texted me while he was on vacation saying he'd be back in a couple days and would come check it out. He did just that. He accessed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. These are the types of folks I like doing work at our house. Eric didn't try to oversell anything and was very polite and a pleasure to be around. My wife is so happy to have all the lights back on, as am I. Thanks Eric! read more

I'm a little embarrassed right this review because I called out Eric to check some outlets that didn't work in my living room. Turns out that the outlets are on a switch and that my lamp bulbs were out and there was nothing wrong with the outlets. Now most people would charge me for their time which is completely understandable but Eric said that he didn't need to charge us for coming out which tells me that he's more interested in developing good customer relationships than money. He even turned me down when I offered to pay for his time. read more

Hired to fix some loose wiring under our cook top. Good communication, fair prices, excellent work done. All good.

Requested a bid on a job, I was told I would get it that night or the next morning but no bid ever appeared. When I tried to contact them I was "ghosted." Never even received a courtesy notice that would not be bidding. This bid was requested by Trinity Episcopal Church with me as the contact person, since I am the buildings and grounds supervisor. read more

Eric was Fantastic!!! I had to call him out to check out a Kindergarten classroom at my job and he was great. First and foremost we have to make sure our classrooms are safe, and Eric did just that as well as explained in detail how things worked. He was genuine and honest, we had had another company out before who honestly just took our money and really didn't explain much. I will never call another service, and 100% recommend him if you want someone truly experienced and humble. Thank you so much! read more

Amped put a new electrical panel on my house back when we moved in. I just had solar panels installed on my roof and 2 different inspectors took a look at my electrical panel and were extremely impressed with the work that amped did. They both commented how they never see fine work like this executed with such attention to detail. They both said my system looks as perfect as possible. They really made a big deal out of how good the work was. That's why I felt I HAD to leave a review. Thank you amped! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more
