As always, Doug did a great job installing four ceiling fans. He's efficient, respectful and hard-working. He gave me the lowest price out of several electricians in the area. I really appreciate the work he does. The ceiling fans look great, are quiet and don't wobble. Thank you again Doug! read more

Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend Doug unless low cost is top priority. Pros: He is less expensive than most; recessed lighting and undercabinet lighting looks great. Cons: When updating outlets, he missed getting the wire into the proper hole leaving an open circuit, and rather than debugging his work he blamed it on the electrical panel. Several replaced outlets and switches were not completed where tolerances were challenging and/or spacers were needed. He refused to come back and finish the scope of work to which he agreed so I had to buy tools and do it myself. Another electrician who came later pointed out areas where Doug's work was not to code: exposed wire nuts in garage wall without junction box and improper connections to recessed lighting in attic. read more

The wire whisperer! We recently purchased an older home that had suffered a poor renovation attempt from an unqualified "handyman" prior to our purchase. We had an 8 item wish list of things we needed fixed or added and Doug quickly sleuthed out what needed to be done and came in way under the cost of our comparator quote. Moreover, his knowledge and years of experience made him our top pick because we knew we were putting our family's lives in the hands of someone who would get it right. DMN is knowledgeable, honest, quick, hard-working, helpful, and friendly and will be our go-to from here on out! read more
