He demonstrated to the Tesla service rep that the power was perfect and their unit was defective. Tesla replaced it and he installed the new one. So Jesse gave me a quote of $150 to fix an outdoor motion detector light, fix an outlet that was started by someone else and fix an outlet that was connected to our fridge which kept randomly going off. He didn't fix anything but still charged the total amount. He said the 150 is for diagnostics and he basically told us what was wrong and I understand charging something for time spent but the full amount??? For less than 30 mins of work? I contacted him because he was recommended by an online group I'm in but I would not recommend his services. I think what he did was unprofessional and greedy. Had an emergency during one of the warmest days this year. Jessy the owner sent his technician John out within 3 hours and got our power back on. We needed to get a new breaker panel and have some upgrades to prevent future problems. He gave us a very reasonable price for all the work we needed done, which included upgrading multiple dual port outlets to grounded 3 port ones, installing a GFI outlet in the kitchen, installing an outdoor outlet, and installing a Ring floodlight cam. I first used Harbor Electrical Services for a rental property I was selling. We had electrical code violations that needed to be corrected in order to sell the house. Jessie came in with the lowest bid and I could instantly tell he had the knowledge and expertise to do the job. He came the next day and besides the violations he tested and fixed every outlet in the house. I knew I wanted him to fix my house next. My house was built in 1921 and I had extension cords everywhere because so many of my outlets didn't work. After checking my attic Jessie informed me my electrical was a terrible mess with no junction boxes and cloth wiring. He gave me a very fair price and after rewiring my entire attic and rerouting my electrical so I no longer had power outages he gave me a great price on removing the old florescent lighting and installed new recessed lighting in my kitchen and bathroom. He installed a bathroom fan and heater for a great price also. Unfortunately as a female, it is still very hard to find trustworthy workers to fix a house. Jessie has proven himself to be honest, reliable, and his prices are extremely reasonable. I know longer have to worry about using my microwave and coffee maker at the same time and had been waiting to find an electrician that I could trust to fix all the issues I had in my home. He even threw in an electrical outlet for my backyard for free.
