Sergio is always a pleasure to work with. There prices are reasonable and they do excellent work. This is the second time I've used them and will continue to use them as things arise. What a nice man Sergio is!! we called him for car charger issues. He had come to install it but the charger was not working anymore. He did his electrician part, super through. He was busy taking calls in between. Then I asked him to fix the door knob (of door leading from garage into house). He went ahead and helped me inspite of being super busy. And didn't even charge me for his time! it shows he really cares. we will be calling him back for car charger issue after replacing charger but this trip he didn't charge us anything. Thanks Sir! read more

I hired Lobos Master Builder to add outlets in two restrooms and fix a Tesla charging port that was overheating, and Sergio did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly. The outlets look great, and the charging issue is completely resolved. read more

It pains me to write this. I actually used Sergio quite a few times to do electrician work around the house and have always been satisfied with his work, suggestions, and care. Up until now. In Jan 2025, I asked him to upgrade my electrical panel as I had bought an EV. I knew this needed a permit through the city (or can cause issues with insurance if anything goes wrong). He quoted me a price with city permits and we started the job. They did a great job installing the panel and I paid for about half the job then, with the remaining to follow after the permit was procured. For the next year, Serio proceeded to drag me on, repeatedly promising over calls to begin the process. I had to consistently follow up and ask him to complete this and he kept telling me he would get it done. After 8-9 months of getting nowhere, I finally filed on my own and listed him as the builder. The city replied that his license number had expired so I reached out about that. His tone suddenly changed and he started to say that he didn't have the money to file for the permit or his business license in this city. He also said he undercharged me (not my issue) and I had to remind him that the amount I had ALREADY paid him was just part of it and he would get the remaining balance he would be collecting after this was resolved. He asked me to pay for his license and take it out of what I owed him. I was uncomfortable with that - why should I pay for his license to operate here? - especially since he had been less than forthcoming and was not following through on anything he was telling me he was going to do. He asked for one more month (October) to wait until his current job was finished and then he promised (for the thousandth time) that he would finish this up. I told him I really didn't want to have to follow up again, and he assured me (again) that I wouldn't have to. Well, sure enough, he did nothing and never reached out again. I tried following up with multiple texts/messages over the next few months and he is not responding to me at all anymore. It's now Jan 2026. As a result, I feel like I have no choice but to leave this negative review. It's a shame because I really liked Sergio on a personal level as well, as we had talked about our beliefs and families. It's so sad to have the relationship dissolved over something like this. read more

I requested a quote for replacement of threelight fixtures/chandeliers for vaulted ceilings. Sergio responded right away. We were having problems with our AC in our TV Room, the breaker kept resetting and during this heatwave it's very frustrating and hot . I found Sergio was extremely helpful and fast. He responded to my questions fast and was able to get back with a reasonable amount to replace the weak breaker. He arrived and replaced the breaker very quickly. He also provided an estimate to replace the replace panel and upgrade to handle the additional outlets. Sergio was very professional and answered all of our questions. We will have this contractor back out in November to do the additional work and I would highly recommend this company to anybody in the Deer Creek area that needs electrical work done. for coming out on a Saturday during this heatwave! read more

Spoke with sergio. He's very responsive. I was able to set an appointment with him. He was able to upgrade my panel to 200amps. He's pricing is very good compared to the other places i asked for a quote. I also asked, and they're licensed and has insurance. He quoted me for 4-5 hours of no power and up to 8 hrs. So on the day, he arrived a little late around 15 mins but gave me a heads up when he was on the way which was good. He was very responsive to text and call. He was able to do everything in under 4 hours. He was also able to fix some of my outlets and gave me tips as well. He suggested i contact my insurance just because it might be cheaper going forward with then with regards to the outlets but he also gave me a quote which was good. I would definitely go with them again if i need these kind of services. read more

So far so good. Sergio installed my Tesla charger last month. Sergio from Lobos Master Builder was a pleasure to work with! We had an old fluorescent light fixture switched out for LED lights, along with pendant lights installed above our breakfast bar. He also replaced our old chandelier and installed new LED dimmer switches in our kitchen and bathrooms. We were very impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail. In fact, he made sure that we were happy with the hanging height of the chandelier and pendant lights before completing their installation and that the LED lights were perfectly placed and aligned with each other. A huge bonus is that he was very reasonably priced as well! We are so glad we hired him. Thank you, Sergio! read more

I contacted multiple companies because I was having issues with a few outlets in my home. I asked all of them for an hourly rate. Lobos Master Builders indicated that it would depend on the project. I explained that two outlets were not working. They gave me a minimum estimate online, but also stated that it might be more depending on what was found. That makes sense. Other places would not give me a dollar amount, and they stated they would need an appointment to come out to look at two non working outlets in order to provide me with an estimate. Lobos Master Builders were able to give me a same day appointment, and they fixed my outlets. They were professional and efficient. I will use them for future projects. read more
