After I posted my original review, the owner personally came back to my home to make things right. He offered to refund the $100 price difference, but I declined because I didn't feel it was fair after the work had already been completed. Instead, he replaced two breakers that genuinely needed replacement at no charge. I really respect a company that stands behind its work and makes the effort to address a customer's concerns. While I still believe the pricing options should have been explained upfront, I also believe it's important to recognize excellent customer service when a business takes responsibility and follows through. There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. We found a sprinkler that was still not working properly and he came back the next day to fix it, free of charge. If you need sprinkler repair, then call Sebastain, he's the real deal!

They cleaned the hillside (steep slope), trimmed all my overgrown trees, fixed our sprinklers and did an amazing job cleaning everything up. Since they were installing permanent lights on our second story, it was important to us that they carried insurance--and they did.
