Considering I don't work there and didn't price tag their merchandise, it was really confusing why that was relevant. Also, this all begs the question of how many times they do this to their patrons? Is it company policy to price an item one thing and overcharge by 33% and hope no one notices? Just honor the price tag. Not difficult. You did it, not me. He always gave us as thorough timelines as he could, considering code enforcement, permitting process, and BVES inspections can be unpredictable. Matt handheld us through many difficult processes and had much patience while my wife and I were dealing with an overwhelming amount of time-sensitive issues involving multiple repairs in the purchasing of our home. He provided multiple in-depth estimates when he said he would, had great advice on all fronts, and he also acts as a general contractor. We will definitely hire Matt for any future work, and cannot recommend him highly enough.
