Timberline in the Glen in Cedar Glen is one of those shops where I have to remind myself to look up occasionally because there's something interesting everywhere you turn. The store is packed with beautifully curated finds, from furniture to decorative objects and all kinds of little pieces that make you stop and take a closer look. Somehow every visit feels different, and I swear I notice things I've never seen before each time I pop in. It's the kind of place where browsing slowly is part of the fun, even if you came in just to "take a quick look." I've walked out more than once thinking about where I could possibly fit another charming object in my house. read more

Good selection, unique finds, always something new , good value and great service!! Nice staff!

OK, so being a former antique mall owner I am very difficult to impress. You might say I'm a bit of a snob. And I definitely did not expect such an elevated antique store or mall to be in a smallish town of Cedar Glen. We dropped in over the weekend and were absolutely taken with the brilliant staging of it's wares, and though I typically do not like seeing Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving, I swooned over the Christmas decor that prevailed around every corner. There was a Christmas tree for everyone that has exceptional style. Don't get me started on the booze tree filled with alcoholic drinks! I was smitten with the overall aesthetic and design of the layout and the very well selected antique objects for sale. Much was classic and would look attractive in any kind of home that embraces uniqueness. There were also a few extremely unique items that leaned into the mountain lifestyle, which I found charming. I left feeling totally in the Christmas spirit, on November 9th! I can't say enough good about Timberline In The Glen. read more

WOW is the best way I can describe this wonderful shop. The selection of unique pieces makes for a day full of surprises and finds. We had some shopping to do next door at the hardware store and stumbled into this gem right next door. I'm glad we decided to check it out. We were promptly greeted by Joel. They were having a holiday shopping event. He offered us a beverage and snacks. Joel helped us decide on some tables and lamps. We're very happy with our selections and will certainly continue to shop and find new and unique furnishings and items for our home at this beautiful shop. read more

This was the other antique store that was appealing and the folks there were so friendly and accommodating. It may look smaller on the outside but it's not, it's actually a lot of rooms with all kinds of antiques and home decor along with furniture. Because it was Christmas time, it was so beautiful to look at all the different displays and ornaments they had for sale. Yes prices were bit high, but it was great quality and worth it if you like to collect. And Ofcourse my daughter bought a few things there, it would've been unusual if she hadn't. They have a lot of great and cute stuff. read more

Timberline In the Glen - Just GORGEOUS! - Furniture Stores Near Me - Cedar Glen, California

This beautiful establishment is the best. My wife and I have been searching for the perfect piece to display our stemware and china that have been stored away for decades. It had to be a particular size and style, but we really had no specific criteria. Not experienced in antique shopping, we were very happy to go to the Timberline in the Glen, as the people there treated us like family. We found a wonderful cabinet from their vast selection. The owner Bob and also Anastasia helped educate us and provide an excellent buying experience. Thank you so much! Shannon, Dave, Ellie and Rocky read more

I met the two owners the other day and they were so happy to help arrange a vase for me and welcome me to the store. Thank you guys! Made my day:) read more

Came here shopping in 2019 and 2020 and bought things for the cabin and they were nice then... returned yesterday and the old lady at the counter was staring at me like I was some sort of criminal.. she then had another male employee follow us around the store he was trying not to be obvious but it was obvious.... we didn't purchase anything this time and as we left we said thanks have a good one and the old lady scoffed at us.. probably won't be coming back here due to the old lady at the front desk with the port attitude... read more

I frequent many antique stores in my travels, but this by far is one of the best. The selection is eclectic in a good way with different styles for whatever you are looking for. I imagine a great place for an interior designer! It is also clean and smells nice unlike many stores that leave dust and ignore the "old smell". Everything was given care and attention no matter how small or big! read more

We stumbled in to this gem of a store and we're greeted by a very friendly, warm staff. They helped my pick out a gift for my son and then wrapped it as a Christmas gift without me asking them to and then didn't charge me for it. Such a sweet group. I loved everything in the store. read more

Great store, and the owners throw a FANTASTIC party each year! Thanks so much, I enjoyed it immensely this year, except I liked the chocolate martinis from 2 years ago and the appletinis from 3 years ago much better than the snowdroptinis this year. Didn't make the party last year as I was busy working my little butt off for the railroad. Unfortunately, I live on the poor side of the mountain in Running Springs, and can't afford the terrific furniture, however I did buy a wonderful faux fur animal print (maybe snakeskin print?) pillow at the party this year for only $25.00 which I thought was very reasonable. And wish I had bought the matching throw, but it's probably gone by now. I do enjoy stopping in and walking around several times during the year to get ideas for my home. Love the boy's taste. :) read more

Ok, I must say, it's the best store on the mountain! Timberline in the Glen has the best selection of antiques, furniture, and home decor you'll fine on the mountain or most of So Cali for that matter! The store is wonderfully curated so it's aesthetically pleasing to the eyes! They have incredible staff that are friendly and always willing to provide excellent customer service! They have collections from rustic lodge, French country, lakeside manor, to elegantly refined! They do have all price points as well. Some say they are pricey but when you are looking at a piece of furniture made in China out of pressboard and veneer and compare it too a piece that is artfully crafted out of solid wood and has aged to a warm patina, there is no comparison. The energy this store gives off makes you want to stay for hours! And I have just browsing thru the wonderful collections. It is a store you must visit regularly. They change the decor with the seasons and every time you walk in you are in awe! A definite must when you are visiting the mountains! read more

It's rare to walk into a shop and feel so welcome, as if you have just arrived at your favorite relatives home. The Danes call it 'hygge', Hygge means creating a warm atmosphere and enjoying the good things in life with good people. I spoke with Bob & Pat and things were a buzz getting ready for their annual party (sadly I will miss) they were even testing the music making sure it played well. Talk about attention to detail! Everything is tastefully displayed, styled just enough to encourage ones imagination to wander.....How would that look in.....I was impressed with the card selection too as I needed blank & beautiful, hard to find. I'll be back. read more

Magnificent gorgeous home store. A bit on the higher price point but everything is meticulously selected for quality that shows. A lot of elegant type of home furnishings and accessories. We always shop here especially during the holidays when they adorn this store with elaborately decorated Christmas trees and irresistible and cute gift items and we love the light lovely seasonal fragrant candles always lit making this the most cozy fun ambient shopping experience.
