He's helped me out multiple times and has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There are others too that have provided great customer service but I don't remember their names. I can't say the same for a few others though that are just outright lackadaisical. For example, one helped put on a new butt, but it was a very unclean finish. He said there was nothing you can really do about that unless I just put on an entire new wrap. I showed it to Noah before I checked out and he simply applied some heat to it and fixed the problem. On another occasion, I asked someone to help out in showing me how to put back a knob on a reel. I noticed that a tiny piece was missing and I spent about 10 minutes looking for it in the car and on the ground at the store. The whole time the employee barely helped and just kept saying that I never provided him that piece. Lo and behold after about 10 minutes I found the tiny piece behind the counter on the ground, where he was standing. No apologies whatsoever. I'll be going back but will avoid these individuals.

The value compared to other places was good. Class was cool. The reason for the three stars is because I asked a question regarding permit reciprocity and the instructor told me I was wrong and in a demeaning way asked me where I am getting my mis-information from. Welp. I got my information from a QR code to USCCA which was taped to every students desk in the class right in front of our faces. So i guess the problem would be with USCCA? But also you should know what kind of information you are letting third party companies supply your students. Overall very good.

It wasn't the tidiest place in the world but the customer service I received earned my business forever. You get a taste of what small mom and pop businesses used to be. Friendliness and story telling come with the visit. I haven't been fishing in 3 years so I was misremembering the different gear and names of things I needed. Due to COVID, I didn't have access to my old stuff so I had to start from scratch. I walked out of this store with everything I needed. A new rod and reel completely set up for me to hit the lake as soon as I left. While being helped and having my rod set up there were customers waiting and at no time was I rushed or hurried out. I truly appreciate the experience I had here today. Especially given the current climate and the terrible customer service (if any) that I typically receive at Bass Pro or Turners. This place rocks.
