BASS PRO SHOPS HAS MY WHOLE HEART!!!…read more WOW. Just wow. Coming here has been a dream of mine, and it somehow exceeded all my expectations. I came with my partner after spending the day at the outlets near Palm Springs. We arrived pretty close to closing, and even then, it was such an amazing experience. I finally got the Bass Pro hats I've been dreaming about, and honestly, this is one of the coolest stores I've ever been in. They literally have everything for the outdoors; fishing, camping, road trips, hiking... if you need it, they probably have it. They even sell boats! There was a shooting range, archery equipment, grills, snacks, a restaurant, sweets, and so much more. I could have spent hours exploring. And the prices?! An absolute STEAL!! I was shocked seeing hats for $5.99 and $9.99. How?! We also grabbed their BBQ chips, and they were chef's kiss. The employees were very friendly. The cashier who helped us was incredibly kind. She did spend quite a while helping the customer in front of us, and my partner and I were joking that it looked like love at first sight between them. It made for a funny moment while we waited. One important heads-up: Apple Pay is currently not working. When we visited on July 3, 2026, the cashier told us it might not be fixed for a few months. If you usually rely on Apple Pay, I'd recommend calling ahead or bringing a physical credit or debit card just in case. Overall, I absolutely loved this place and can't wait to come back. I came in looking for a FFL Transfer. The owner Steven was busy with a customer and had another one before me he acknowledged me and told me if I didn't mind waiting he will help me after those two. Once my turn I talked to him about my plans and he told me unfortunately they don't do that but he asked me what I was looking to buy I showed him and he had it in stock and we went forward with the purchase he walked me through it all since it was my first time purchasing a lower/receiver he answered all my questions not once rushed me. I went back a few days later looking for ammo he gave me the specs and info I need and sold me what I needed. Very great customer service, I was able to purchase an amazing AR and received help all along the way. They explained in detail all the specifications of the AR, every question I had, they had an answer for. They were very nice and friendly and felt welcomed to be there. William was an amazing help as well, I had lots of questions and he answered all of them and helped me pick the AR that fit me best. Ca Outdoor 360 is definitely one store you will want to check out if your in the area. I have over an hour drive to Fontana(Bass Pro) and checked out all the gun stores in the area and Ca Outdoor 360 was great. Smaller store with good customer service and the gentleman helping me was more than willing to help me find the firearm I was looking for with no hassle, he was genuinely nice and helpful.
