Their website could be better. It's consistent with other gun stores.. they all have bad websites. It showed that they had what I was looking for so I drive 40 minutes up to them. They have a decent amount of parking and several employees working helping people. They operate by appointments so go to their website to get an appointment ahead of time! I didn't have one but someone looked at me promptly after I came in and directed me to their appointment kiosk. I had to wait for a while but it wasn't too bad. They helped me look up what I wanted and... they didn't have it in store despite the website making it seem like they did. They helped me pre-order it because I was tired of looking around and they were reasonably nice and helpful. I'm hugely very uncomfortable in gun shops and they didn't manage to make me feel comfortable, but it was better than some places. read more

Been here a handful of times to buy ammo and other small parts and accessories and yes the wait time can be long and discouraging at times but I would much rather do business with these folks then with a big box store,no matter where you go your always gonna get those looky lous clogging up the lines causing long wait times but that's just the reality anywhere you go,the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will continue to come here read more

The Wait is too long it is ridiculous ! No one seems to acknowledge you are waiting after putting your name on the list. Then I had an employee helping someone else that came after I did ! They said the system is all over the place and is counting the wrong number in line. This place needs to tighten things up and be more efficient with a little sense of urgency. read more

I renewed my FSC with 2AZone a couple of weeks ago and purchased a Stealth Arms Platypus from them. During my process of deciding on a handgun, purchasing it, and picking it up, I interacted with about 5 different employees here. Every single one of them has a great personality, is knowledgeable, and seems genuinely happy to answer any and all questions I had. Their inventory seems pretty good for both new and consignment. Their prices are reasonable. Wait times on the weekends as a drop-in can take a while, but they have an appointment system that helps cut down a lot of time. Weekday wait times seem fine for walk-in. I live near several other gun shops about an hour away from Upland but I'm definitely giving 2AZone my future business because of their options and top-notch service. read more

Super happy with my recent experience here. Unlike some gun shops, they actually seem to care about a good customer experience. The staff are friendly, laid-back, and thorough when it comes to the process of getting your guns. They're flexible too. If you run into any issues with your new firearm, they have a gunsmith right there who can help fix it for ya. I had this issue with getting a mec-gar mag stuck in my new 2011 when testing it out. They took it over to their gunsmith and he managed to get it out pretty quick. And thank goodness the "single shot exemption" process here is really fast and simple. Just give them a call or ask them when you're there. They were even patient with me testing out their various guns. And they gave me a nice energy drink for the road after my purchase. Really nice people here. I'll be back someday when I need a new gun. read more

They wanted to charge me $350 for an installed 0.25 ACP barrel. The barrel costs $40 each and it took them 5 minutes to install it in front of me. Long story, but first, the reason for initial the confusion was a lack of communication among 2AZone's employees. Manzano Munitions had informed them of the shipment and got approval from them. MM even spoke on my mobile phone to the guy behind the cash register when I was there and explained the situation: a) They got approval from 2Azone to ship it that way. b) The barrel they were looking for had already arrived the same day. All they had to do was look for it the next day. Yet after talking to some store owner, manager on the phone, they came up with a plan where: 1) They admitted no wrong doing. 2) If something goes wrong (i.e MM lied to them, they can't find the barrel for some reason), the customer (me) would be paying them $350 for a $40 barrel. That is just so lousy, irresponsible and greedy at the same time.. I agreed to it simply because I know MM would send them 5 of these crappy barrels if that what it would take to me to not lose $350. Story doesn't end there. As a bonus, on pick up day, same cash register guy asked me if I had "found" the barrel. When I had emailed them the screenshot of the tracking info showing it arrived earlier on the day of my first visit. I even got a email reply confirming they had "found" the barrel. Do they even put notes on the computer screen? It's like nobody tells anybody else what is going on. Then the cash register guy pondered if they should keep the barrel or give it to me. How about just give it to me because it was part of the gun which I already paid for? It's funny that he didn't even realize that he considered taking my barrel for free, when 10 days earlier he wanted to sell me a similar one for $350. Or maybe he does and just doesn't care. I give them 2 stars because one guy finally said "the barrel is between MM and the customer". read more

Wasted my time. I called ahead to sell them a brand new staccato P. The gentlemen Ethan, the manager on the phone said yes I'm interested and we agreed on the price. Verbally was told by Ethan he would buy it. I drove an hour and after waiting in line for 30 minutes Ethan said "we don't have the money to pay you" Maybe next time, tell me the customer "I'm sorry sir we don't have any money at our establishment" before telling me you want to buy my 2011. Do not recommend. They also wanted to venmo which is weird to me. Go to Gunslingers in Azusa. Much better shop. This establishment 2nd amendment zone is tiny and it was disorganized and the line was also very long and the employees worked at snail pace. It's also the size of a waiting room. Cramped. read more

2nd Amendment was a great first shop to go to. Went in to take my FSC and was greeted upon arrival. Took a while, being that they had a line. That's always a good sign for me. When I finished taking the test and thankfully passing lol I was helped with him selection. It's been a long time since I held or worked a gun and boy was I humbled. Good thing I had Danny & Brian helping me. They were both patient with me giving my lackluster knowledge on guns. They were both good peoples and pointed me in the right direction on what should be my first gun for home defense. Can't wait to go back and pick up my first gun. read more

First review I've ever written, awesome place and super friendly. I was and still am fairly new to firearms but the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Shannon was the first person to take care of me and she has the patience to go through a variety of guns till I found one that I felt comfortable holding and liking, I didn't end up buying anything that day and she wasn't even bothered that I wasted her time. By that weekend I took my 4 month old and wife with me and ended up buying the gun in the picture. I made sure to look for Shannon and go thru the process with her. Awesome lady very nice. So are the rest of the staff everyone is very family oriented. Very welcoming place. read more

Great expeirence with 2nd Amendment Zone - I purchased a gun here, along with a buddy. The process was simple and straightforward. The process is legitimate, with a background check that is required - approval given by the state, and also a firearm course available for those first timers. I'm going to dare say it!!! This is by far the best gun store in all of California. Dubbed and crowned! I don't want to get into much details but let me tell you I found everything I wanted all under one roof and if you've been around to other stores then you know it's a rarity. You might have to wait in line a little but what can you do, everyone wants to be here. They have a great selection, of guns priced competitively. 2AZone is my absolute favorite gun store. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I had purchased a firearm previously, but it had been years since I picked up the hobby again. I went into purchase a firearm and the staff greeted every person warmly (during June of this year so it was packed!). I needed to take my FSC test and they have a dedicated area for test takers. Once I passed my test, the workers helped me and answered all of my questions with great information. Purchased the gun but would need to wait for it to arrive. My 2nd trip there was just as pleasant as the first trip, and I paid what I owed and completed the DROS. My last trip was just as crowded as the first trip, however, I appreciate how thorough each worker is with the customers. Sure, there is a bit of a wait considering how busy they get, but I am so happy to wait because I know the workers will not rush me and answer any question I have, without making me feel dumb. I live about 50 miles away but gladly make the trip out because they treat their customers so well! I'm a customer for life and I really appreciate all of the friendly staff! read more

He was able to help me get my overwatch precision trigger kit and cowitness suppressor height night sights on my cz p10c. He couldn't have been more helpful. He told me it would be done by the end of the week at the latest. When I got home I was notified by Kyle that everything was already done! The team is generally full of well informed and expert opinions that can guide your purchasing decisions. Special shout outs to Ethan who was one of the first staff members I interacted with and have since developed an immense gratitude for his knowledge and service attitude, frequently picking his brain and taking up his time, never making me feel rushed. Additionally aside from Ethan , it's been great getting to know Tyler and Kyle whom also exemplify great knowledge, great service, and general patience for a guy like me with a million questions. The shops selection is insane with your usual popular options and even select harder find options that aren't readily available at other lgs. The team/staff seem to be growing to match their high customer volume ( of which I have had the opportunity to work with through my several purchases ). Also while not directly involved in my purchases with processing paperwork's but often giving approval or influencing the deals that make purchases easy, Aubri has also been impactful and always takes the time to say hello! The og's that I mentioned have led/taught the growing staff well. If the owner/owners are reading this, please understand how much impact the aforementioned staff have made for guys like me. This will be the perfect self defense weapon in my RV since we will be traveling for 2 months this summer going across the entire country with multiple states (that have different gun laws) This weapon is legal in all 50 and is not considered a fire arm though it looks like one (and probably will feel like one too briefly for a bad guy). I don't want to risk taking my real gun(s) into Canada or onto many military bases I will be at.

Bought a few of them over the last 2 years also. I drive 45 mins to go to them because of the service and knowledge.

Beware of this company. They provided plumbing services at my 87 year old mother's house. The first…read morequote was for $19,000 for a redrain of the drainage system. Then they said there was tree root discovered in the line. They quoted $13,000 more to resolve it. There were no options provided for hydrojetting and a liner. We do not know anything about plumbing, so we did not question the additional cost. We had to trust the techs providing the service. We requested a refund and the company offered $4,000.00. We feel that given the cost, we are warranted a higher refund. The company refused. Although the owner states that options were given to my mother, they were not. I, (daughter), was there at the time of the tech's explanation of the work and so was my cousin. The tech spoke to my mother in Spanish, my cousin speaks and understands Spanish, and she also stands firm that no options were given to my mother regarding the option of hydrojetting and liner. If there were options my mother would have chosen the lesser cost. We are very upset with the dishonesty of this company. So, make sure you research costs of other plumbing companies before using this one.

ALFRED BIRNHAUPL (AC leak repair) - Fixed pipe leak from AC and completed comprehensive assessment of our dysfunctional zoning system. DOMENICK ALONGE (project manager) - Reviewed findings from Alfred, provided detailed indication of issues and resolution options with several quotes. Here's why our experience has been superior to previous companies: All three specialists were not only punctual, friendly, and courteous, but they took their time to evaluate our issues in CLEAR layman terms corroborated by photos, and showing us exactly where the problems were in person. We previously obtained a quote from a large corporate company and was left feeling dumbfounded and stressed as they described the nature of our problem in engineering, technical jargon that made absolutely no sense, including astronomical quotes without explanation of the work entailed. We continued experiencing intermittent issues with our AC and heater so we called Friends & Family based on their excellent reviews. He saw me struggling to dig a hole for my plant and volitionally offered to help me. He took the extra time to dig the hole for me, exemplifying his genuine kindness and generosity! Similarly, my kids were running amuck and screaming and shouting while I attempted to maintain a conversation with ALFRED. He was very understanding and continued to engage in conversation, appearing unbothered by the chaos with a pleasant disposition. Lastly, DOMENICK was appointed on the day of our son's birthday. He related to us interpersonally and even helped assemble my son's new Radio Flyer bike! I told him that Sean also helped me garden and we laughed about how Friends & Family is a "one-stop shop." Given everything I mentioned, we're excited to have our overdue AC/heater system fully repaired by Friends & Family. My air conditioner went out years ago and they changed it out. At the time they also wanted to do my furnace I told them no which my furnace was still good for another couple years and then they came back changed a part on it saving me a little money but the. It went out so I had to shell up the big bucks for it. The value here I do think is better than other places but I wish they would work on the upsell a little bit because times are tough and we don't need that but I do trust this company for things I do need.
