They confirmed availability, they helped me purchase via phone. On top of that, I asked if they can have it transferred to their Riverside location and they did. From DROS to pick up date was smooth. The guys there are chill and helpful is what I got from observing helping other customers. Answering any and every question thrown at them. First impressions walking in the store compared to others is that it's not glamorous or fancy. But trust me you won't care after you see their amazing selection of firearms and accessories and experience their great customer service. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jason who was very friendly and knowledgeable. No bs sales tactics or attitude. Jason asked me if it was my first time there and took the extra time and patience to show me several firearms. He also educated me on their AR Pistol services and all the customizations they offer. I came in just to browse around and ended up purchasing an XF Pro haha. They'll be worth the drive from OC to make my future purchases. My dros was up on 02/24/2025. Picked up a beautiful atlas nemesis on consignment. Took it immediately to the range and every shot had a failure to eject. Obviously I was a little upset. Called 2A up and spoke to my dude Josh. Josh calmed me down and said: 1. Don't worry we will take care of you. 2. Bring it in now and we will clean it. 3. Try heavier grains. 4. We will get it up and running. I took the gun home, cleaned it and low and behold it has fired flawless ever since. F L A W L E S S The moral of the story is Josh was very attentive, polite, professional, calm, and humorous. And gave me suggestions on how to fix the issue in a non condescending way. I will be leaving more positive ratings because I've purchased like 6 guns and every experience has been extremely positive. I will name drop on those separate ratings. The negligence when it comes to customers spending their hard working money in your store just for their concerns to be dismissed and brushed off by counter staff when initially brought up it UNACCEPTABLE. This place is great. Nicely-stocked, great people, and really the employees make the biggest difference. I came here to meet a buyer for a PPT and several employees asked if I had been helped or if I needed anything. Super attentive but not pushy. They also had free cookies for customers, and nicely-stocked mini fridges with sugar-free energy drinks for purchase too. Seeing as how I'm on a low-carb diet, this was a welcome surprise. Overall the shop had a great vibe, happy employees, and was very welcoming. This is HUGE considering how many gun stores aren't so welcoming, or don't like doing PPTs since they don't make much with it. What they DO get from a PPT is goodwill, positive word-of-mouth, a better reputation, and great reviews like this one. :) Tarek completed the PPT in about 40 minutes with little drama or fuss, just straight up friendly competence. Tarek, you rock man! I'm inclined to come back for future PPT transactions since they have enough employees to do this on a walk-in basis, which is fantastic. It's tough to do a PPT when you have to schedule it and then coordinate with the buyer/seller. I also like that the owner is active on Reddit too. Other attendants seemed polite, but older dude I got was kind of the typical gun store snob. Interaction was bad right from get go. Gun had some dust and residue so I asked if it was new to which he had a grumpy "Yea". Well I was also asking because they were asking $800ish for a cz 75 compact. Thought maybe it had some custom work at that price. I asked if they could price match other gun stores (big and small) and he said he'd see what he could do. They were asking $250 more than virtually every other store. He said no he couldn't do it, and didn't counter with anything. Same gun was $150 cheaper on their own website. Not sure what's going on with their pricing. Get it together. Advice is look for a reputable local FFL and order online. Gun stores are a mess in CA read more

This place is the best. Passionate, knowledgeable, helpful and nice staff here. The manager Brett really deserves some kudos. Firearms purchases and transfers are super easy and quick here. As for their stock of guns, they have one of the best selections of firearms and accessories around, and they are willing to work with you the way no other shops will. Recently I had an issue with my p365 slide stuck in the open position when I reassembled it after cleaning and this thing would not budge. No forum or YouTube video was giving me any help. I took it into 2A and Brett had the issue diagnosed and fixed within minutes. A retaining spring for the slide release was bent out of position and in a place that made it impossible to move the slide stop down but Brett was unfazed and handled it like a pro. As he fixing it and teaching me about the internals of my weapon we discuss the design and he informs me that the 2A Zone p320 single shot frame design is what eventually got the Sig on the CA DOJ Roster and I even saw the original frame that was sent to the DOJ for approval. I write this to point out the fact that this is not just another gun shop, these folks are actively working on solutions that help improve our individual freedom and win back some of our 2A rights that have been eroded away in California by poor legislation.
